Outstanding service and delivery beyond expectation.I needed to transport my excess 40kg luggage from Sydney to Adelaide. My first and only experience with Pack and Send has been positive. I had placed my order and started tracking my delivery. My delivery arrived on time, in good condition with no damage and they left it right to door. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service I received.

Thanks to the amazing job that Mohammad and the Pack & Send Kingsgrove team did, it took out A LOT of stress from my recent move to Melbourne from Sydney. The initial explanation was clear and concise, the pickup and billing processes were seamless and Mohammad kept me updated every step of the way, even after the boxes were delivered. My boxes were all delivered on the designated day and time that I requested. I cannot thank Mohammad enough for his fantastic customer service! Will definitely recommend Pack & Send Kingsgrove to anyone!
