Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange
Lovely room and facilities. We made a last minute booking heading out on a spontaneous road trip. They were very happy to accommodate our large family in their family room with an additional roll away and for our own port-a-cot to be brought in. A nice, clean and spacious room with a good rate. Would stay here again.

Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange
Some rooms have smart TVs for Netflix with the kids (avoiding carrying a ext. device) others don't. Rooms are great size, and comfortable beds. Service is excellent and having stayed (cumulatively) over a month here across many work trips, I recommend. Slightly further walk to get to city centre, at least 15-20min. And about 10min to Ophir Tavern. Driving is easier but irritating for a country town. Restaurant has good variety on menu although occasional updates may be good. Received EXCELLENT service from Tanya last time there.

Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange
I received a very warm and friendly welcome with staff offering me extra milk and an extra key to leave in the power point so as the heating etc could be left on when I’m out. The room was very spacious with a comfy queen bed and extra single bed. The shower had very good pressure and was gorgeously warm. The outside noise wasn’t too bad and the hotel was well situated, being a short drive to the main shopping area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good points- clean and huge rooms- all necessary facilities provided- good air conditioner- android smart tv- smooth check in- plenty of parkingOpportunity for improvement- we stayed on a long weekend. Hotel reception advised that rooms will not be serviced because of the long weekend. This is the first time I have seen this.If hotel is open for stay, rooms should be serviced as guest are not staying for free and they have been fully charged. Room was not serviced and no refund was provided either.

From a previous employee’s knowledge,the Best Western Plus Ambassador hotel in Orange is a wonderful place to stay.The rooms are perfectly cleaned and spacious. Location is very close to town, a 10 minute walk to reach the centre of Orange.The on site restaurant open for dinner at 6pm till 8:30 pm you can tell and taste the food here is made with love and dedication.Your wants and needs are the Best Western’s priority for your stay here.Worth every dollar you spend here!

Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange
Fantastic staff and service. Breakfast offered as room service only due to staffing and COVID. Breakfast was delicious, seriously delicious, and delivered hot right on time. Towards the outskirts of town on the main highway with plenty of parking. Very accommodating of the car & trailer I had. Minibar could be improved with wine and local offerings.

Room was pricey for what you got. Large room. Bed was not too bad.There is not enough instructions on how to do stuff. Didn't know they had guest laundry. We used to dry clothes it was filthy and dirty.I understand that some of these issues are about being covid safe but still could be cleaner in laundry.

After having a flight cancelled and struggling to find accommodation, we managed to get rooms at the Ambassador. Megan went out of her way to look after us. The meal was great at dinner, the rooms a generous size and clean.

Best Western Plus Ambassador Orange
We have been staying at this Hotel every year since 2017 and always had a great experience. The staff are happy and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the food at the restaurant is of good quality, the pool and other facilities are well maintained, there is plenty of parking - we will certainly keep coming back here. Thank you very much the great experience every time!
