DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews below before engaging this terrible business. As with the other reviewers below, this unprofessional business did not turn up on time and claimed to have had a car accident (read reviews below this appears to be a common claim). They then demanded money upfront once onsite or would not begin cleaning. They did a poor (half-arsed) job, leaving the toilet, shower, bath and windows still dirty. Upon notifying these so called cleaners and sending photos, they claimed they were 'fixture issues' and couldn't be cleaned. They also refused to talk to me or call me back and would only communicate via text message. I have never left a bad review for anyone but this company gets my first one.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!I can’t stress that enough!Pathetic excuse of a cleaning service. Late. No attention to detail. 100% satisfaction - WHAT A JOKE and they will use every excuse not to hold up their end of the deal to come back to clean. Pathetic and should be out of business.

Excellent service , I call them on same day because my real estate agent organised some cleaners the price was too high about 625 for 3bedroom townhouse. Finally my sister recommended this company and she's having me contact number of the person, 3 boys are arrive here about 2pm they quoted 375 fantastic service I paid them $400. Highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the service yesterday. I had a huge house, and the job was done immaculately. Attention to detail was fantastic too. Quality price, quality service. I would highly reccomend them, and would not hesitate to use them again.Thank youAwesome job.

Do not trust these guys, I availed end of lease cleaning and carpet steam cleaning service from these guys on 28th of January, 2021. First they came late, and did a very shady job. Didnt clean properly the cobwebs, lamps, range hoods and carpet etc. when I called them back, they came again very late, and just cleaned the carpet and were very rude.When the agent visited and pointed out the issues in kitchen (where these guys claim they are specialised), I sent them the images and now they are saying, no we cant come again and again, do whatever you have to do.DO NOT Take service from these guys, horrible. Not able to attach pics here , but lemme try doing it.

Extremely disappointing and totally unprofessional.It is very seldom that I provide negative reviews, but in this case, I just had no other choice. The level of frustration cannot be explained in just words.Firstly, the cleaners that I engaged for the end of lease cleaning of my apartment did not show up on the day they were booked. On calling the person who had taken the booking, I was given an excuse that the cleaner's car broke down and they will be unable to make it. They did not have the courtesy to call me and inform me until I rang them after waiting for them at my property which was a 45 min drive from my current residence. Anyhow, I decided to reschedule to the next day assuming they were speaking the truth with their story of the car breakdown.The second time around when they did turn up and finish their job and leave, I was notified by my agent that the cleaning was not satisfactory at all with photographs supporting the same. I called them and informed them of the concerns which included unclean kitchen sink, unclean stove, partly cleaned bathroom, toilets, watermarks on the lounge room floor, marks on the carpet, etc. They agreed to send their cleaners back, for which I had to go back to my agent to collect the keys and let the cleaner in. The cleaner assured me he would call me once he has finished cleaning such that I could check the job done to avoid the agent from having any concerns again. But to my surprise, in less than an hour I received a text from him saying he is done, and by the time I go to up my apartment to check (which was just 5 mins, since I was waiting in my car in the basement) he had left the apartment, and I found that almost everything was as it was. The kitchen sink and stove were untouched, the bathroom still had scum, he had not even tried to clean because the entire area was dry and had no evidence of any cleaning products or even water been used. On calling back the cleaner and asking him about why he had left without fully cleaning, he responded saying 'this is the best I could do, if you have concerns please contact my company'. I was amazed at that unprofessionalism and audacity shown.So, I decided to call the company to apprise them of what had happened - and it turned out the person who I spoke to was far more rude and unprofessional, and suggested that they cannot do anything more, on arguing that this is unacceptable for about 5 mins, they said they will speak to the cleaners and get back to me. But as expected, they did not return my call, instead they dodged all my calls from there on.This left me with no other option but to find another cleaner to come finish up the cleaning and pay them the full price for it 'again'. I have tried calling them since then, but they would not answer my call or return them. So clearly, this is not the first time they have done this. It seems like an absolutely scam!So 'looyincleaningservices' ended up making me spend $700 in total and wasted 3 days of mind effectively for something that should have been done under $350 and within a day.I would never ever recommend anyone, no matter how small your house is to use 'looyincleaningservices' as your choice of cleaners.

Excellent service and excellent work! Hired Looyin Cleaning to do an end of lease clean that a previous cleaning company left absolutely filthy - less than 24 hours later the boys had the unit spotless clean, carpets steam cleaned and windows sparkling - inside and out. Thank you so much!

Highly do not recommend this service.Did not do a proper cleaning job for end of lease cleaning. Bathroom tiles were still dirty, water marks left on the glass. Did a bad job cleaning the walls and the kitchen as it was still dirty.Hard to communicate with. Had a very displeasing experience with a worker, Michael, over the phone where he said very unpleasant things.Very unprofessional.
