We are on a family road trip during school holidays and my car overheated. The roadside assistance service dumped us at a random mechanic who didn’t know we were coming. Luckily it was Michael at Nerang Mechanical Services and Repair. Where we would have been left stranded searching for accommodation or car rental, he diagnosed my issue quickly, despite being busy. He found the radiator cap was broken and organised a replacement as we waited. We didn’t even miss the campground reservation that night. Michael really saved our holiday! He was fast, professional and super friendly. I’m really grateful the tow truck sent us to him by chance.

I did my vehicle service, brake service, and stater replacement at Nerang Mechanical Service. They have done a very excellent job at a highly reasonable price. Michael found all my car issues after the first inspection and fixed all the problems on my second visit. He is very efficient and intelligent. I watched the whole process of setting up this car. Every old part he suggested to replace all need to be done, it's worth the money. He also did the extra cleaning job for free and explained what caused those issues to me. His attitude toward the car is like treating an old friend carefully and responsibly. Strongly recommend coming and solving your vehicle issues. It's hard to find a man working with passion and faith.PS: I also got a free coke from the boss lady, very excellent service!

Michael is such a kind person and an excellent mechanic. He really looks after his customers and went out of his way to help me with my car after being to another mechanic, then even delivered it back to me when I got stuck at home. Good old school service and value for money. 10/10
