Such wonderful service at Poolwerx Bullcreek .. always friendly and happy to answer all my questions about my mineral pool we just had installed . Highly recommend magnesium mineral pool . My son suffers from really bad eczema and would flare up terribly in our old chlorine pool . The water feels wonderful on your skin and no need to shower after to wash off chemicals plus added bonus of my sons eczema does not flare up at all after pool swim .

The guys there were absolutely amazing. They went over and above anything I expected. They were friendly, professional and accommodating (especially to a pool novice like myself). The service was impeccable, and their knowledge, advice and assistance was second to none.I won't be going to any other pool shop after my experience here!!!

These guys know how to look after there customers.We have had nothing but issues with our pool all summer and have been to other pool shops for support but got know were until Shane, Deb and the team got involved.They have gone above and beyond to help us rectify the problems, we are not local to Bull Creek but will keep returning because of the amazing service and advice.You guys are great Thanks

I have found the service at Poolwerks to be top notch. The team is always friendly and welcoming when you step inside. Quite different from other local pool shops where staff can be a bit arrogant and rude. As a new pool owner they were patient to explain things and simplify the instructions and science of maintaining a pool. Arranged a pool service and Chris and Bailey were so helpful and took the time to answer my concerns and questions on site as well They are true professionals and focus on delivering a great service experience.
