I'm extremely happy!The staff member who helped me and fitted the new battery was very helpful and took the to explain on why I should have a particular battery on my 4wd, and how he was doing it.The job didn't take long, and it was reasonably priced, too.

Very happy with Battery World Underwood- my mazda i-stop light had gone out and I had difficulty starting the car and then the general engine warning light had gone on while driving. I stopped in at Battery world they checked the battery confirmed it was dead but the alternator was still working, put in a new battery and cleared the warning code for me. did it all in about 20 minutes and I was back on the road again for work! Mazda couldn't get me in for over a month. Very appreciative as I had a day full of work at three different job sites that day! Highly recommend to anyone.

I have been to Battery World twice recently. Once to get a free battery check on my car and the second time to buy a battery for my Son's car. Both time the staff have been really helpful. They can also look up your car by rego to check the battery specs but it never hurts to take a photo in as well. Really lovely team. Good pricing. Definitely my go to.

Couldn't get our Truck started on a Sunday Morning so we contacted Truck Assist breakdown service who we have an annual subscription with, they sent Battery World out to have a look. They attended within 90 mins and Caleb from Battery World very quickly established the batteries were not pushing enough power. He shot back to the store to pick up the two batteries we needed and returned promptly to fit them. He replaced leads and wires that were badly corroded, and the truck was quickly back on the road. Service was amazing, Caleb was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did an awesome job, and I cannot recommend Battery World Slacks Creek highly enough.
