Alex stayed in touch to check on how things were, especially early on in the role. Also like to thank Sandra for her help and assistance answering all my questions very quickly. The online timesheet was very easy to use and I could update banking details and amounts on the fly. I liked that I could split my pay into different accounts. The best recruitment agency I had in the time that I was a contractor. I only changed because I went to a permanent role, or else I would have stayed with them. I was contracted through First Grade for over 3 1/2 years. I found them to be an excellent company. Pays are accurate and on time every time. If a time sheet did not come through, they would ring me to let me know and go the extra mile to get it processed that same week. The staff are refreshingly happy, helpful and get the job done. I miss being with them and would certainly work for them again in the future. Highly recommended them to anyone.
