Avoid avoid avoid!This shop ripped me off. The tune they provided was so unsatisfactory, it made other tuning shops laugh. The tuning error made the start up horrendously bad. Yes, I took it back and no it wasn't made better at all.The install of my turbo. Wow, where do I start? Installed incorrectly, pressing up against pipes and damaging tubes and parts. Damaged front bumper with install and left front bumper hanging off on both sides with significant clearance, saying, we're not fabricators..."The turbo was tuned to 14psi

Website clearly states that Coyote provides installation of aesthetic aftermarket parts such as body-kits. After sending through an enquiry regarding body-kit installation they told me We are a tuning & mechanical workshop not a body shop"

My mechanic was not available for a while because of his son's funeral I did not wanted to wait for another week or two-way, very disappointed with my decision. They promise to do things that they never can do.After all arguments this is the garage manager recommendation you pay for the parts then take your car to someone else to do it for you.""

I took in my 86 for a simple logbook service. When I dropped it off they asked if the apprentice could watch the supervisor complete the service. I reluctantly obliged. When I picked my car up I could smell a strong petrol smell, checked under the fuel tank and it was leaking everywhere because they hadn’t even sealed it properly! Was a terrible experience because they didn’t even have the parts on hand too and clearly the apprentice did the service and didn’t know what he was doing! Never going here again, they’ve gone downhill!

I have had amazing results from my tune, my 86 feels like a completely new car. The coyote team were extremely helpful through my build and they always go above and beyond to get the best results for their customers.

Had lowering springs installed on my 86 on Monday and the team at Coyote Tuning was very accommodating and kept me up to date on the progress. I'm happy as it was done perfectly. I've done a few kms of spirited driving, no issues. I will be back again for more mods.

Took my sons car in here for a couple of mods & dyno run the 1st experience wasn't so great was asked to bring it in Monday morning so dropped the car off and then got a call couple hours later saying parts hadnt arrived can I come pick car up so a waste of a day in time petrol tolls etc no discount at all was giv'n. 2nd experience was much better.

Booked in my Ute for a tune, ended up having to cancel it due to them not being able to supply parts on the date booked in and without paying an extra $1500 up front, which wasn’t agreed upon the time of the deposit.I called them and requested a refund as they were stuffing me around with pricing on parts, they lied about depositing the money back into my account multiple times, I even stood at the counter on separate weeks and requested the refund in person, they lied again and said they deposited the money, another couple of weeks went by I rang fair trading and they informed me they have other similar disputes.Finally 1.5 months later I received the refund, after trying to call them and drive to them every day, came up with so many excuses. Even a manager said they were having money troubles for whatever reason.This cause me a lot of stressBe very careful if you need to put a deposit downhonestly the worst business I have ever dealt with, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR ANYTHING, VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY.!!!!

I’ve taken my Subaru wrx down to Luke at coyote tuning to help do some modifications to start track days .. Luke and Charlotte both couldn’t do enough to help with everything, no little how big or small.. it was really great after looking for quite some time to finally find someone who genuinely wanted to help me with my car and make me happy , and not just there for a sale . I can’t recommend them highly enough!

After paying 500 to have side skirts fitted because they didn't fit right" so I gave them a break there
