Popped into the store today needing a repair on a ring I had bent out of shape. I was served by Tammy who not only did the repair, was super lovely to deal with and chat to! Thanks! We will be back into the store for all our future needs

Walked in 3 times and the three girls were standing there talking to each other rather than attempting to make a possible sale. Incredibly arrogant and rude. I will not be back and I will make sure that I tell everyone about this experience.

while the service i received was great. The lack of communication is absolutely horrible. Purchased a ring mid- june . It got sent away to be resized . Received a message 3 weeks later to say ring was being sent back to store. When we rang the store a few days later, i was told they couldnt size the ring and were trying to find a larger ring that could be resized. No communication whatsoever 2 months after first purchasing the ring. We rang again only to be a larger ring couldnt be found. Went and got a refund and went to jewellery store... wont go back again.

Need to consider customer service. I called an hour ahead to look at a watch only to arrive, wait a further 15 minutes and then find the battery hadn't been charged. Was then asked if I could come back in an hour. Thanks for wasting my time. Sale lost, will shop elsewhere from now on.

I went into wallace bishop with my daughter,to buy my gradson a watch for his birthday, the staff are amazeing ,so customer orientated, nothing was a problem ,we ended up spending ,$5000 dollars on a Tag huer watch, one happy 17 year old,will be back ,thankyou giels ,great service.

After Myers sold me a $600 watch that didn't work, the ladies at WB Stocklands went above and beyond to help me get the watch working and I managed to get the repair costs back from Myers with their help. Will be my only jewellery place from now on.
