The result has been a beautiful home that is exactly what we wanted, built with precision and expertise and a really positive experience.

Our journey with Horizon Homes was wonderful. Our house looks amazing and we love it very much.We chose Horizon Homes because they said they could do any style, their display house had good quality and the team was so easy to talk to.We wanted a house that felt homey with hampton style that we just learnt at that time. We must admit that at the beginning, we occasionally were a bit worried whether or not they could deliver because their style seemed to be more contemporary and modern. Glad we took the risk!The design process, choosing colours and finishes were so much fun. We learnt a lot. Denis and team gave us useful advices on what is worth it, what’s not and what is practical and not, so our budget didn’t blow out. The split level they suggested has made the ceiling higher and the house looking more spacious.The construction process went smoothly and finished on time. The supervisors were so nice and kept us updated on the build. They were always available to answer our questions and they ensured the build quality was up to their high standard.Throughout the build, we made some changes to the finishes, downpipes locations/colours and they happily changed them for us.We highly recommend Horizon Homes and we could not be happier with the end result. Most importantly, all communication was followed up by email and variations documented so there was no surprises.Perhaps most impressively, Denis and his team demonstrated a commitment to excellence that extended well beyond the completion of our home. They followed up with us after the move-in to ensure that everything was functioning properly and that we were completely satisfied with the final product. The team at horizon homes were very helpful from the beginning of the process to handover. Transparent, honest, detail orientated and gave sound advice. Friendly office staff, trustworthy and reliable project managers.My build was far from straight forward and we hit many obstacles with council, but Denis, Danny and the team at Horizon were always there to support and offer solutions. I feel fortunate to have selected horizon from the beginning as their network of professional contacts were able to assist and overcome councils red tape.Denis and the team at horizon delivered a quality duplex with exceptional attention to detail, honestly cannot fault their work and I would highly recommend horizon homes to those looking to build.

After considering 50+ builders we eventually decided on a custom home with Horizon and are very happy with our choice. Denis (owner) and Danny (one of their project managers) were extremely helpful during the custom design phase, working within our budget to design our dream home. They offered many useful suggestions which helped achieve our goals.During the construction phase things ran on budget and schedule, and we were regularly updated regarding progress, so thankfully this was a stress-free period.At hand-over we were very impressed as the quality of build was excellent and there were only a couple of minor things to be actioned - these were resolved within a few days.We have been living in the house for over 6 months now and love it - we would definitively choose Horizon again and highly recommend them, check out the photos below.CheersShaun & Jun

If you want a prestige house you are at the wrong site. Prestige houses don't relate to premium pricing. Denis has stated to us he is happy if the house meets the building code and standard, he does not have to provide better. We have been trying unsuccessfully to get our Horizon Home fixed for 3 years but it hasn't happened. We still have a leaking roof, leaking shower screens, cracked tiles, cracked render, squeaking dark red timber floor we hate, etc etc. and none of these were chosen options.WE HATE OUR HORIZON HOME.Horizon Homes - the greater the distance, they better they look.To be absolutely fair, ask Denis for our contact details and we will show you the Horizon Home we are stuck with. It will be nothing like the standard of the display home.

We chose Horizon Homes because we felt from our first meeting that they were a company we could trust and had a lot of pride in what they do. We wanted to build with a local family builder who would give us time to design our dream house and Horizon Homes were the perfect pick.We had a difficult block of land to work with, but we knew what we wanted, we just needed someone to shape it for us. Denis had some fantastic ideas and advice and turned our dreams into reality. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home and worked hard toincorporate our ideas into the design.All building work started and finished on time and our supervisor, Danny had a level of communication that far exceeded our expectations. Danny was always available to speak to us; we were never left waiting for answers. We always felt included and informed which was important to us.At handover Danny, Denis and the Horizon team all attended. We were amazed at how much pride the staff had in the overall finish and presentation of our new home. We were really impressed withthe quality of the finishes, the attention to detail and the effort taken to handover a faultless home.This is most definitely our forever home. We built our first home with Horizon Homes. It seemed to be a daunting task considering we had no prior experience. After having met with a lot of builders, we were most impressed by them from the outset. All the questions were answered and the whole build process ended up being very smooth.Our variation requests were happily accommodated. The whole team including Denis Esther Danny Rebecca and Teresa were professional, friendly and easy to work with.The house turned heads and the quality of the build speaks for itself. We selected Horizon Homes because they were local to our area and we loved the quality of their display home.Our experience with Horizon was supportive from start to end. As beginners in the knockdown and rebuild process, I felt they guided us through the journey. Horizon had a number of standard designs but were willing to be flexible in helping us make the most of our narrow block.Throughout the process, the build-supervisor Danny was amazing. He managed the build, was never fazed and was an absolute pleasure to work with. The quality of our finishings was excellent and I felt that Horizon expected and delivered on an excellent standard of product. If it wasn’t up to their exacting standard, it was fixed. This attention to detail was shared by the excellent team of trades they have built.Horizon partnered with Peter Laws, who assisted us every step of the way with styling and colour choices. We ended up continuing with Peter to assist us with our full interior design and I still love coming home to our house more than a couple of years later.Horizon were a delight to deal with and we got the house of our dreams out of it!!!
