Fantastic customer service, so helpful by the lady who works there, she was so welcoming and made my child feel at ease, unlike other shops we had attended previously.Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great service, great choice of shoes and more importantly great price!Five stars from me, couldn't be more happier with the service in which I received, will definitely be returning.

Staff is so rude as they will treat you according to you nationality.They will stair at you so badly from counter but will not say hi if you are black or brown skin.I feel so uncomfortable going there because I never feel welcomed.They Never come and ask if you need any help.And if there is any other person next to me they will go and start helping them but not me.I experienced it 2-3 time not just once.

Worst customer service ever. The receipt says you can get a refund if you change your mind and refund is done via the original mode of payment. Went back to the store and met a Lisa who says she is the manager, treated us like we were illiterates and kept laughing, says she can only do a refund via a gift card which we have to spend there. But that wasn't what was stated on the receipt of purchase under their refund policy. Pretty sure we we're treated that way because of our skin colour, one other guy said we were making a big deal out of nothing and they needed to attend to other customers. They were both very rude and unprofessional. She even said if we like we should go report it to the prime minister that she doesn't care. I will surely take this comaint further...

Staff hover at your elbow while you shop like they think you will steal if your physical appearance looks even a little outside of normal. Terrible, judgemental staff and an awful shopping experience. Do not recommend. Go across to FSW where staff at least greet you warmly.

Absolutely fantastic service. I called today to check closing time to pick up a pair of boots for a upcoming wedding. And they had closed for the day. The lovely lady on the end of the phone asked how far away I was and said she wouldn’t mind helping me out of a pickle. As I got there 15 minutes late they both greeted me and had exactly what I was after. Can not fault perfect service like that. Thank you guys again. Everyone should buy from these guys.

I spent two weeks in Australia (Canberra). I visited this store and at that time I felt price are high , so I didn't buy. But now I so worried about my foolish decision. Actually there price is more more reasonable and fair consider with other places. It is one of best shop in Australia. If I have another opportunity to visit the Australia , I definitely visit this shop and buy a shoe pair.

It was excellent! We been around few shops looking for certain shoes to no avail and we found it when we come across this shop and lucky enough,we got a bargain sales which exactly the same good brand on the second shop we got in earlier.. Hooraay!

Had an amazing experience with Paula who took the time to help me get the best shoe. Even gave me some socks to try it on with. Her advice was spot on. Thanks Paula. Appreciate your patience and help.

Today I went into Shoe Warehouse for the very first time and I must say I was overwhelmed with the service I received from the middle age lady and her assistant. I will be back to buy more shoes at great prices. Once again ladies Thankyou for your service.
