Great service! I needed an RWC done quickly as I had a buyer for my car. Arthur was very accommodating and booked me in for the day after I called to enquire. I rang a few other garages but they were unavailable for a few weeks. I would definitely be going back for the servicing of my new car.

Fantastic service. Full report with detailed photos were provided not long after dropping car off to explain what was required,advising solutions and some options.Tyres were ordered fitted and aligned in a couple of hours.Sure beats going to the dealer for a service.The courtesy car was a bonus!Great experience , will refer to friends and will return again and again.

I recently heard of YY Auto from a good friend of mine so thought I would give them a go on a suspension issue I had with my BMW. Arthur made the process easy. He analyzed the issue and not only called me with his findings, he also sent me photos of the issue which really resonated with me as in the past I have often wondered if the repairs being quoted where always legitimate. I have since had another of my cars serviced by YY Auto and have now made them my new go to repairer.

Got my car serviced here. They did a fantastic job, used the appropriate oil as per specs. Highly recommend them.

i had misfiring issue with car and brought my car in this place they fixed at first time and friendly staff with well explanation. customer lounge was big and clean . recommended this place!

I contacted them to get a road worthy certificate when the manager/ director advised the charges of $179 for RWC certificate and have requested me to drop the car next morning.I followed the instructions and dropped my car the next morning, not to long after that I get a text message with a quote of 3.5K AUD to fix the car to get the RWC and I instructed them to not proceed and have advised that I’ll collect the vehicle in the afternoon on the same day.When I went to the centre, they forced me to pay $179 to release my car. They told where you get or don’t get you still have to pay us the amount in order to release the vehicle.In the counter argument I told them why I should be paying this and why this high charges, they said to inspect they are charging this but this was never highlighted on the phone or even at the time of dropping the vehicle.I refused to pay and the director says that it is common sense and all of this information are self understood to all customers.This is such a Scam.I don’t think they are following legal practice and are trying to rip off genuine customers. Neither they took my consent before proceeding ahead and tried to threaten me of not realising my vehicleVery ashamed of their practice in prime suburb of camberwell
