I was working for another company on a coal mine when moorvale came in to undercut them for the new contract leaving themselves underprepared when they took over. With them winning the contract, it left my self and several others without a job as the company we were with simply had nowhere to put us. We ended up continuing our jobs with moorvale. Through General wear and tear, one machine I used had a small ladder break under my foot which I reported as soon as I could. In some wet slippery conditions and in some tight space, I had some coal rejects make a small pile on the back of my machine when I skipped into it but without causing any damage. To this and to running into a crusher plant, which I didn't know I was to be blamed for after I finished my swing and returned home, moorvale had my contract terminated instantly and without any incident reports filled out. I knew nothing about the crusher plant till I got home!So to moorvale I say, don't trust them if your life depended on it cause they'll throw you to the wolves!
