Perth iDeliver

Have used Perth ideliver a few times and he was fantastic. Pricing was excellent, customer service and communication. Had jobs Mt Claremont to Claremont and St James all the way to Golden Bay and still cost effective. Highly recommend this company. Responsive to messages and good communication.

UpdateYes they were fantastic.The guys that did my pickups were fantastic.Friendly helpful efficient on time excellent communication all the way.I cannot recommend this company more to anyone.Keep up the good work!!I don't usually tip but gave them a good tip as 1 item was particularly difficult.I bought a few items from Gumtree and have to transport the furniture to a central location.Communicated with a number of courier/moving services and this was the only company from all that maintained an efficient communication with me throughout the booking process answered me on and within 20 mins each time.So far really impressed.So far would highly recommend them.

I contacted Perth iDeliver just after 10am and I had a pallet picked up and delivered across Perth by 12:30pm. Great communication and friendly service.

We needed an odd heavy piece of furniture moved from Perth to Joondalup.After sending many request to removalist's and getting only two replies, I chose the obvious. The second reply wanted to charge me double and to supply a second person to assist.From the first reply to me, they answered every question, were polite and professional and kept me up to date on delivery via text. They even sent a text apologising they would be 20 minutes late. Probably one of the most professional, honest and reliable companies I have dealt with. An absolute pleasure and will use again in the future

Perth iDeliver did a GREAT job with my recent house move helping to pick up items from different locations & delivered them to my new place. They offered a great affordable price for the job, wer super efficient with customer service, prompt messager replies & txt updates during the pick ups & delivery. The idelivery guys wer great too with moving the items into a new home & being really careful & mindful with walls, doors & furniture. I was going to hire a van and do the house move myself with a friend but I'm glad they offered affordable rates & I was able to support a local business who clearly love what they do, are skilled and efficient at what they do & they made the house move SO much more memorable with their helpful, friendly & efficient customer service. Zero stars, terrible customer service, no professionalism at all. My sofa was damaged during the removal and the two people who attended the property simply left and didn't bother to come back. No replies to calls, text and they even have the audacity to block me on Facebook, pathetic. Tried multiple times to contact but no response. What's the use of advertising you have insurance when you just abscond after damaging sofa during removal. Thanks Matthew Brever(owner) for the great service. Thanks for the trouble, worst removal service ever, do not book these people, read the Gumtree reviews !!STAY CLEAR!!

wish there was zero stars. total scam artist. Booked them to pick a bed and a fridge from 2 different locations and deliver both to another house. The man comes in an hour late to the bed location (which did not make logistical sense to begin with. It made more sense to pick the fridge first. Bed was nearer and on the way to the drop off location). Anyway he gets there and starts screaming how the bed was not disassembled ready for him to go. He gets verbally abusive and refuses to have a conversation, saying i didn't read the service agreement. The bed headboard literally take 5 minutes to disassemble. its 4 screws. He wasn't having it. continues the abuse. refuses to wait 5 minutes. refuses to go to the second location to pick just the fridge and drop off. leaves without providing any service and then starts NON STOP texting demanding payment and threatening legal action. hurling more abuse. The scam is in the service agreement that he texts you after locking the job in. he texts it to you less than 12 hrs before the job starts. if you cancel then you pay. if you don't cancel he then rocks up and finds fault with the job, refuses to do it and says you are legally obligated to pay. i will try to attach that service agreement txt to this review. DONT DO IT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Find another provider for your delivery needs

My advice would be to steer clear of this company. The customer service is laughable. They are cheap, but there is a very good reason for that. I had to laugh when i was reading their response to other negative google reviews. Asking users to contact them to discuss further. Try calling them and see where you get. We

Have used iDeliver a few times for classifieds furniture purchases. Compared to buying brand new items from stores secondhand plus iDeliver offers amazing value for money.
