Spent $2000 in this shop on Friday 17.12.21. The person who served us was condescending and disinterested. She demanded to see my licence before showing me anything, but did not ask this of other customers. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would have walked out except I was buying a present for someone who was with me at the time. Later I wished I had just walked out and made the purchase elsewhere. This person should not be employed for this sort of work. Definitely not recommended and I will never shop there again.

Lovely staff, great range of stock. Went in and spoke to the manager Jen. She was very nice and listened to us and helped us to get the perfect piece. Not pushy just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Will definitely be going back

Disappointing experience with customer service.

Great experience instore.Went in for a watch I had seen in a movie the store did sell the brand but didn’t sell the one I wanted.The lady helping me searched up the watch found it was made for the actor as a one off but the company made a commercial one I could order directly from them. I have been looking for months in stores for this watch and this was the first time anyone tried to actually find it and didn’t just say no we don’t stock that. I didn’t get my watch today but she was so helpful I brought my wife a gift while I was there.Definitely recommend.

Ye, not impressed at all…shop was meant to open 10:30am(sunday)…waited outside until 10:38am- the older staff member saw me standing outside-from 10:30am but blissfully kept going arranging front display windows…when the older staff member looked up and finally paid attention to me(at 10:35am) she rudely said “in a minute!” to my action at looking at my watch-politely inquiring as to when the shop would open-as it was already 5mins past opening time…once inside (10:38am) the older staff member who opened the shop door-was disinterested in my presence-not even a hello or good morning-very poor customer service..the other staff member(Tara) served me and she was very friendly…the older staff member had an air of arrogance and snobbery when she spoke to her(Tara)…feel free to review cctv for verification of times….it’s ironic that for a business that sells watches- they couldn’t even open in time(10:30am)!…i went to have a watch re adjusted that was bought as a surprise birthday present yesterday-if i was given a choice- I definitely would not have bought(or will ever buy anything from this store ever!)…so Zamels and the other jewellery shops in the Mandurah Forum will now get my business from now on… I’d give them negative 5stars if i could..very poor customer service!!!…not impressed at all!!!…

Kellie was great! She found the necklace I wanted and then she called some other stores to find the other one I was chasing to save me going into all the stores. They must have new people working there or fired the old ones as the staff who were working there were great.

Poor customer service and poor product quality. Bought a mens tungsten ring for a wedding ring, as advised this would be hard-wearing. Wore for one afternoon and the gold plating started to wear off.. went to return it and was told that this is normal. Was told to take it off for daily use and only wear for show.... Waste of time and money.

Very disappointed, not in the quality or products but in the customer service of one particular lady on duty today who should NOT be in a job that has a customer service interface. When approached by a retired lady who was requesting assistance for a spill in the main mall she was very disrespectful and condescending towards my mother who approached myself very upset. When called later to explain her actions she was very abrupt and would not allow myself to speak with her manager. After requesting numerous times to speak with management she hung up the phone. This type of rudeness and disrespect for human kind is not tolerated she lost her own mother last week and her grandson (my son) has just been amputated at the leg from a brain tumour! You have no right to not be kind to someone, especially as kind as my mum despite what she is going through! She deserves an apology for your actions.

Horrible attitude from the older blonde lady today on 10/2/23 at about 11 o clock. She gave off arrogant and judgy personality. Considering this is a common theme in these reviews I highly emplore A&C to look into this as that Is not what you want in a sales role. Left feeling uncomfortable and rather unimpressed. Proceeded to go to Goldmark whom looked after me and my partner amazingly.
