Excellent professional help for my little dog. Very gentle and professional.Diagnosed very precise the issue and understood my concerns. Offered me to come back if ongoing treatment seems not to work. The only vet I would go to in the area.

Five star service. All vets at this practice take their time to understand the condition and then discuss the options available to treat your pet. Explaining the risks, costs and benefits especially if long term treatment is required. They are not a money making machine like other vets in the area. They want to do what's best for your pet while considering the cost to the owner. Highly recommend this practice.

I am delighted to write a review for ACVET, particularly for Steve who demonstrated exceptional knowledge, kindness, professionalism, and passion during our recent visit to the clinic.We brought our two little chihuahuas to the clinic for a general health check, and we were impressed with the thoroughness of the examination. Steve showed an excellent understanding of the breed, their unique health concerns, and the latest treatment options available (EPIC). He patiently listened to all of our concerns, and his calm and reassuring demeanor immediately put our dogs at ease.Steve's knowledge and expertise were particularly evident when he checked our dogs' heart sound, skin. He carefully examined every inch of their bodies and identified potential issues before they could become more serious. He also took the time to explain his findings in detail and provided us with clear instructions on how to care for our dogs' health needs.He clearly loves animals and demonstrated genuine care and concern for our furry family members. He made us feel like our dogs were his top priority and took the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed.Overall, we were very impressed with our experience at ACVET, and we cannot thank Steve enough for his outstanding service.We would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional veterinary care for their pets.

Dr Susanne is absolutely fantastic for guinea pigs. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Her European background is superior.

These guys have been nothing but amazing, they have looked after my animals for years. Today I had to have my cat put to sleep, it's a long story, but the short version is the staff here went beyond the call of duty. I was a mess and they were so comforting and made the whole thing easy. Also huge shout out to Dr Dallas in particular, you are amazing and thank you for making it easier for my little girl Alyse.

The team are very sweet and understanding. They took my pet concerns very seriously and acted straight away to have them attended to and find out what the cause was. I couldn't be more happy with having them as my new vet. My cat was so calm in the room which speaks volumes

These stars are for Dr Steve :) I unfortunately have had a bad experience with one of the female doctors, as they misdiagnosed my cat who ended up having a progressive cancer, and we lost time with her due to being told it was a thyroid condition.However!! Dr. Steven has brought my animals back from a serious condition a number of times over the past 15 years. He knows his stuff, explains it well, and care so much about every animal. He is so kind and generous and I would take my kitties to see anyone else. I trust him completely with my pets!

Dr Stephen is ever so caring and so is the rest of the staff. Fair and open opinion without the aim of price gouging your love for your pet. In home end of life care for your pet - such caring people, who give you time, explain everything, and who love your pet as much as you do. A condolence card with my dog's pawprint is a much cherished memento to celebrate my dog's life. Their care for your animals is second to none, nurses and vets alike. My pets are actually happy to go see them!

Awesome friendly service. Our dog seems relaxed each time we go there and doesn't leave stressed even after treatment and check ups. They have a small outdoor waiting area if your pet and yourself are nervous about waiting rooms. Highly recommend.
