I bought so many phones online without any issues. On my last purchase, I haven't still recieved it and no one knows whats going on! its been 10 days they are telling me we are waiting for a currier to pick up! the leadtimes aren't reliable. even the refund takes 30 days to be completed for the product that I haven't even recieved. They cannot even offer pick ups,No wonder smaller brands gaining attraction since you don't need to pay premium for a bad service.

Don’t buy Samsung!!! I had a projector before and sent back to repair centre, they couldn’t fix and they suggested me to get a refund (I want a replacement but they said they won’t know when or whether they will have stock to replace), I had all document sent in and the agent confirmed with me on phone that the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days, but I waited 2 months until today I still haven’t got my money back!!! And when you call, they just ask you to wait, when you email the case manager, you won’t get a response . I just want my money back!!

DONT BUY SAMSUNG. Samsung’s warranty is void and worthless… they do not honour their warranty commitments in Australia. I have been waiting for 7 weeks for them to pick up a failed fridge (agreed to be fully refunded under their warranty) but only refunded once the fridge is picked up. Their solution to this problem is they don’t pick the fridge up. Now living with two fridges in my kitchen. DONT BUY SAMSUNG

I bough samsung z fold 3 and the product has faulty. I walked into the service & experience center on Gorges st in Sydney CBD and registered my details for repair. A staff told me the part is out of stock and I will get notified when the part is available. It's been 2 months I got text that part is available and I asked to book a repair but there is no such a web-link or further instruction to book a service. So I called the service center. Call center Staff failed to book me in and failed to guide me for a booking for repair.I requested call back once the service center find the solution for making booking.Hopeless, it is not first time I am asking for repair and taking age to get it done.Warranty is included in the product price but difficult or not able to access the warranty.

While their Refrigerator design is amazing, the fact it broke down after less than 2.5 years and it's taken hours of phone calls and emails over a three week period to be told it can't be repaired and we need to complete paperwork for a refund (they can't replace as the model no longer exists) they refuse to send the paperwork to complete the process. Their voice of the customer service is definitely a joke and they operate in a very unethical manner.Never buy samsung

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, taken to Sydney Olympic Park for repair as the screen was broken (my fault, no denial on that) paid the exorbitant $450 fee to have it repaired up front no issues. (Happy to take the money upfront before telling you it's going to take weeks)Was told it would be 24-48 hours to have it repaired. No worries. 24 hours came and went as did 48 hours. Still no word.Ring them and get told there is a delay on parts with no idea when they will be available. Keep getting told no ideaOver a week later and they just keep telling me someone will contact me in 1-2 business days but no one does, call them and getting the usual script of how they understand how frustrating it is but all they can do is escalate it and someone will call in 1-2 days" and the cycle repeats.Absolute joke. Have been a Samsung user since the Galaxy S4. Have had 3 Samsung Galaxy Watches and use Galaxy Buds.Seriously considering switching to Apple. My partner uses Apple products

NO STARS from me.I ordered a washing machine, a dryer and a stacker kit on 17 March 2023 ( AU230317-45096533).I paid in full on that date and have called many times to find out why I have not received the goods, which were due on 29 March.No-one on the phone or chat has been able to ascertain what has gone on so after many frustrating runarounds I canceled the order on Monday 8 May and requested an immediate refund. I was then told it would take 30 days before I could receive a refund and I would receive an email confirming cancelation and requesting return of the goods (which I have never received).I have not received this promised email so today when I called I was advised differently again - that they would escalate my request again as they need to contact the courier to find out where the goods are before a cancelation could be processed. This is unbelievable - they weren't able to contact the courier previously and now they can!!!I am the customer and I paid in good faith for the products. I should not be strung along as the problem is between Samsung and the courier.I want my money returned NOW.

Our Samsung z fold screen started bleeding less than a year old. After approaching our telco provider ( Optus) who by the way were no help at all. We went to Samsung service centre at Olympic park. We were greeted by Sujan with a very pleasant and professional manner. We explain our issue and he helped replace the phone and all data transfer. After a few days of run around and nobody was interested in helping. A big thank you to Sujan he solved our problem with no hassle. Thank you Sujan. Samsung should be very proud of you.

I had a wonderful experience at the Samsung Service Centre. Specifically I was served by a gentleman called Radhi who was super helpful and knowledgeable. Having had to swap my phone (leaving my old phone behind), Radhi stayed back about 40min past closing while we transferred all the data over to the new device so that I wouldn't lose anything. A+ Customer Service. Big thanks to the Manager Jose, who was also super helpful.

I used to love Samsung tvs and have owned 5 of them but after my $4500 QN90B developed a fault after 4 months and an unsuccessful repair by Samsung techs I opted for a new replacement unit to be delivered. After the 14 day promised delivery time had expired and no new tv had arrived, I called 6 times and was told it had been escalated each time. Nobody called at all so I cancelled the delivery and opted for a store credit since after 9 weeks I still had a faulty tv.I returned the tv to the retailer and bought a Sony instead. This was a reluctant decision since the qn90b was perfect for 4 months. The extremely bad customer service and loss of confidence in the quality of Samsung tvs has brought me to the decision that I will NEVER purchase another Samsung tv ever again. I would have given zero stars but 1 is the minimum required for a review. Shame on you Samsung you have killed a once good reputation which will adversely affect your market share globally. Unless you adopt some stringent quality control over your products and put a broom through your customer service people you will be a bottom tier product that is overpriced and unreliable with zero customer service.
