Excellent service. Arrived well and truly on time. Easy to deal with from point of call to the end of the job. Happy to pass on advice to prevent future issues. Highly recommend and will be recommending to our neighbours.

After a very bad experience with another liquid waste operator I called Exite Waste.They were recommended by several others including my Biomax technician. Max was professional, honest and the cost was considerably lower than the other waste operator commanded. I will only use Exit Waste in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. I noticed one scathing attack on them and ignored it because the word of mouth carries much more weight. I didn't find Max difficult to deal with, however he needed to be understanding of my needs after the debacle with the first operator and he was.

Quoted one price and charged another, if we were quoted travel we would have not used your service. And to stand and argue with us, not great business practice. Disappointing when trying to support small businesses. I see another similar review, wish I had seen that before calling you.Your account will be paid tomorrow at the quoted price.

Would highly recommend Exit Waste. We moved into our property in March and after chatting to the previous owners had realised that the septic hadn't been emptied for over 8 plus years.After finding a very thick layer of baby wipes which took sometime to get through, they removed the waste and we are good to go.Would definitely use them again.

If i could give less stars I would stay away from this companyIn response to you firstly the bill was charged over and above the quoted amount - the quoted amount was paid in full - secondly when you issued the summons you over stated exaggerated amount you believed to be outstanding hence the Judge asking you to go outside and try to justify your account which you were not able to do because again you tried to over charge and having to admit to the Judge you were not able to justify or reconcile the amount speaks volumes relating to your conduct - thirdly if you think that you having to wear the court and bailiff fees not to mention all the hours you and your employee lost in trying to over charge people and bringing them to court is a good out come when the money offered was just to get rid of you and more for the Judges sake as you could clearly see how exasperated he was with you - Lets face it all you got was $265 - And please note that this can all be verified as all court hearings are public knowledge for anyone to check.

Exit Waste cleaned our grease trap at our commercial kitchen and did a great job.We would highly recommend them.
