Hologram Zoo

Today we had a birthday party here and everyone (kids and adults) had the best time. The experience is very unique and the children experienced something out of this world.All the staff were super friendly and amazing … but special mention to our party host Daniel who went out of his way to make the party very memorable. Thanks sooo much mate !

Went there with my husband and 5 year old and we loved it. The walk through the tunnels are fun but the room experience is much more interactive & enjoyed that more.The staff are 10/10. Super helpful, and polite.I see some people have left reviews on here about the execution/ technology. I think people need to understand that this sort of technology is fairly new and that it’s never going to be 100% because the technology itself is still evolving.It’s pretty mind blowing stuff that we can even enjoy this sort of thing as it is.I definitely think it’s worth checking out and definitely do an experience room! Your kids will love it and you will too !

I wish they had option to give zero star. Complete waste of time and money. Everything is so blurry. Better watch some 3d videos on youtube with kids and take kids to Time zone etc.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! There’s so much more to do than just the zoo tunnels, there were interactive activities and games. Everyone had fun from the youngest at 5 to the oldies too.

Was a great experience for the kids and they had a great time and lots of laughs but a little disappointed when we turned up to find out we could only choose 1 tunnel and 1 interactive attraction I guess you would call it? when it's not how it's presented on the website, it's presented like you get to walk through all tunnels and see all the animals like a actual zoo so I do think there should be better wording as it seems I'm not the only one to feel the same way when reading back through previous reviews, the staff were great and friendly tho. The bridge walk and arcade game did fill in the rest of the time tho which the kids still enjoyWould do it again tho as it's was a night the kids loved just think for the price value you would get more or at least know what your actually in for before arriving

This place sounded absolutely amazing but $117 for 3 of us was a massive rip off. The interactive part at first was pretty cool, the informative video before the tunnel was incredibly boring and you could hardly hear anything over the other noises. The tunnel walk was really short and average, felt like half the screen was missing. Overall honestly just not impressed and definitely wasn’t worth over $100.

Mixed reviews on this place. Some people complaining about the price and the staff but overall I found it vfm and the staff very polite and accommodating and helpful.Yes, it isn't cheap compared to other activities, but look how big the lease is, how much technology is sunk into it, and how many staff are working. Run those numbers and it's still a fair price.I took my 2 and a 1/2 year old and 5 year old and both loved it. They have special glasses for the wee ones to help keep them on. Would definitely come back in 6 months or so and try some different exhibits.

Loved this place. My grandchildren saw the Australian Animals. So informative and interactive to make it fun for kids. Definitely back to see the dinosaurs and arctic journeys next time.

We ventured to the Holographic Zoo with our 17month old and 6year old and had mixed opinions about the experience. On the website it advertises the experience as appropriate for all ages but it truly is not. Unless your child can wear glasses it is not accessible to them. The staff were helpful and lovely and we were in within 5 minutes, however it was not the experience we expected when we got in. Based on the information on the website I expected much more for the price of the tickets. I expected more interactions with animals and a longer holographic walk. I expected to have all members access the experience as well and this was not the case. I also did not expect the venue to be so hot. There are no fans or air conditioning in this venue and on a hot Summer's day it was extremely warm inside.Basic run down: As you enter you watch an educational holographic presentation which talks about the animals you will be seeing. This lasted about 5minutes and my 6 year old found it boring. My toddler loved the animations and was able to access it because glasses were not required to see it because it was projected onto a suspended screen.Once the presentation concluded we were briefed by an employee about how to do the holographic zoo part. As we entered the holograms loaded and began to play. It took a long time for our eyes to adjust to the first tunnel walk (walk through the tunnel 5 times to experience 5 different habitats). At the end of each tunnel you are directed to stop and the animals do a brief interaction with you but it is nothing special. Kangaroos jump over you and the crocodile swims towards you and attacks. Once you have done your tunnel walks you get to walk over the bridge which projects a series of different images for you to enjoy. Once this is over you move to the two arcade games which my husband and daughter enjoyed.Overall it is a very different way to experience animals. They do look real but it takes a while for your eyes to adjust to the holograms. The idea is clever but it is short and expensive for what you receive. The holograms in some of the tunnels sink into the floor and therefore you don't see the entire animal and this does ruin the experience a little. It is not accessible to all ages at all and is a waste for young children who won't wear glasses. I would most likely not go again until the holographic presentations improve and they get air conditioning. I would not recommend this experience during Summer or hot days or for young children.

Your kid can experience/ get familiar from other parts of the world. nice & friendly staff. you can easily spend 1 hrs with your kid. i say value for money place..you can have different experience
