Gentle Dental Care Liverpool

I had an appointment at Gentle Dental Liverpool last week and was so impressed by the staff, the reception and surgery spaces. Everyone I encountered were extremely professional, kind and welcoming.Dr Kamal Ahmed was excellent. He took the time to explain everything, gave options and was genuinely kind and very professional. Would highly recommend! So impressed.

I highly recommend Dr Kamal Ahmed for all your orthodontic needs. I had adult braces and from the very beginning he was professional, kind, funny and made the whole initially daunting process a breeze. My results were better than I could have ever anticipated and I cannot thank him enough!

I have been a regular customer for few years knowing that they are expensive in comparison to other dental clinics yet I had remained a loyal customer and even had family and friends referred there until yesterday they have now lost my loyalty and all those I have previously taken. I've requested an xray copy that I have paid for, for a another dentist but as it is overseas it is to difficult to obtain a letter of request directly from that dentist does not write or speak in english as it is not their language.

I have a childhood fear of dentists, I’m 38 now.. mix in poor oral care and terrible dental genetics and you have my shame ridden broken mouth. I had avoided seeing a dentist till I had my front tooth completely snap off. It’s been a long journey to get to this moment, the dental assistants and reception staff have always been so caring and understanding, pairing me up with Dr Ed last year after my female dentist went on prolonged maternity leave..I’ve been shamed and ridiculed my entire life by male medical practitioners so I was very apprehensive about the new match up. Dr Ed from the moment my husband and I met him, he was exceptional. Professional, soft spoken and totally kind to me and my crippling anxiety. He took his time explaining to me what was happening, checking with me and being so gentle in the process. Always so respectful and professional with each step.I have just had full mouth implant dental surgery with Dr Ed less than a week ago, I had no bruising at all even with the extensive amount of work I had done, which I am still shocked at. Throughout every step of the way he’s been a beacon of calm, never making me feel silly nor ashamed of my anxiety. He never made me feel like a monster with the state of my mouth, I did enough of that to myself.Every dental assistant and nurse that I’ve come into contact with has been nothing but caring and lovely since I began my journey with Gentle Dental Liverpool.We will switch our entire family over to Dr Ed as our family dentist as I cannot see myself wanting any other care then his and his team at Liverpool.I cannot recommend Dr Ed anymore highly without sounding like a fan girl. He truly made such a difference in my dental life in such a short time span.If anxiety is keeping you from getting the help you need desperately, please take my review on board, Dr Ed is the dentist for you.

I had bad experiences with the dentist. First day they have charge me $255 for just consultation, next day they charged $120 Gum treatment Consultation. I recon ripping off patients just for consultations and misinformation from front staff. I would not suggest to anyone to go.

Dr Raffaele Francone is amazing, my partner and I absolutely hate the dentist and we would go back to him. He dosent make you feel like garbage if you may have let your teeth go a little and he is so caring and patient with his patients.

WORST DENTIST EVER!!!!! I had my braces put on from Dr Saad many years ago who doesn’t work there anymore. When he left another Dr had took over my appointments. They first wasted my time for 2 years with plastic braces. And then they changed me too metal braces which I had for ANOTHER 3 YEARS ON!!!!!! Absolutely horrible and on-top of that the price for braces was beyond a joke!!!!! So unhappy with this place, very very poor service. After 5 years I made the decision to choose to take my braces off because I was sick of having them on for 5 years. Once they came off I still had an overbite they still weren't 100%. They only seemed to put permanent retainers for my bottom teeth and not the top teeth because of my overbite which they should of fixed but did not want to hold themselves accountable and blame the shape of my jaw which is perfectly fine according to another dentists opinion. I also had my 4 wisdom teeth removed and now unable to wear my retainers as the moulds have my 4 wisdom teeth. It makes it extremely uncomfortable to wear my retainers!!! Therefore, I need new ones but I will definitely never EVER be coming back here again. They are gold diggers, insensitive, don’t know what they are doing half the time, rude, pushy and don’t know how to treat customers with basic standards and service. Worst dentist in Sydney. Now I am going to need to re put on my braces again with another dentist for my top teeth.
