Not very professional. I could have been anyone picking up my shipment no id required no proof that it was my order just drive in and they will drop a pellet on your trailer and off you go. Im glad it was easy but ot could have been very easy for someone else.

Huge warehouse to drop off you pallets. Rain or wind no problem. Very friendly and helpful fork lift operator. Good experience overall. Don't be put off by driving past the huge window factories before getting to the warehouse right at the back
