I take all my devices here first for straight advice on whats worth fixing and what is junk. If they dont have the parts theyll order it in. And they're happy to order stuff in for me to try fix it myself.

Excellent repair service. Probably cheapest and friendliest service all over Darwin. I recommend everyone to visit this place for any issue regarding your gadgets. I got my MacBook repaired, all good and fresh again.

Didn't seem like they wanted to help at all and charged $160 to install Windows 10 which is free!! Would not recommend at all save your money and go to another repair shop in Palmerston.

I've taken my laptop to them twice. The first time was 15 mind before closing on a Saturday afternoon, the second time was also a Saturday. On both occasions they sorted out the problem and I was able to use my laptop again that same day. Will go again if my laptop behaves, and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Emma.

Just rang them to enquire about getting a kindle screen repaired or replaced as there are 2 small cracks. I asked for a rough quote or estimate on how long the repair would take and he said I needed to bring the kindle in store to be assessed first. I asked if I could email a picture as the shop is out in Palmerston. He said no. Fair enough but what really annoyed me was how he spoke to me the whole time. Dismissive, abrupt and rude. I think I'll just live with my slightly damaged kindle, thanks.

Horrible service. I gave them my ps4 pro to fix. They didnt repair it properly. Its still struggling to eject dvds and games and now they are also getting scratched. They stuffed me around for 3 days and charged me 90 dollars for nothing. Do not recommend anyone going here to get anything repaired.

My Macbookair was kept turning off eventhough I had 100% charge on it .I came to Outback It in Gray and met Josh.Josh opened my laptop and looked inside it straightaway without any delay.He found the problem in few minutes and described me about the problem & its solution.Once I heard the solution of the problem of my laptop ,I left it there and went home.After few hours ,I got a call from Josh saying its all done.I was really happy and excited.I checked my laptop it was all running perfectly.Highly recommended for fixing laptops,Ipads and Mobile phones.Highly Experienced Technicians.Very reasonable pricing.Charge money only when they fix something otherwise they just advise you free of cost.Thanks Josh and Pratap for your outstanding service.Appreciate it

Save your time and money, go somewhere else! I’ve had issue with my laptop LCD and the rep said it was just a coincidence. I told him it happens intermittently and he just seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. He refused to open up my laptop and asked how I found his store. Don’t go here.
