Lovenails

If I could give them less than 1 star I would . Went yesterday for my lash lifting and it was my 1st day . After doing this I left the store and found there are some glue left on my lashes and I came back and asked them to fix it . I returned to the store within 10 mins and their behaviour was so rude. I was just trying to ask them how can I fix it . They didn’t say anything and asked me to wait 15 mins and didn’t listen to me . The lady sitting on the reception was so rude . Had a plan to do manicures and pedicures but won’t go there anymore. Very rude and damn care behaviour.

If you know what subtle “asian to asian racism” is, this is what I experienced here. My choices and questions were met with a lot of annoyed looks, skepticism and in a condescending tone by the owner/senior staff. I got the shellac mani and pedi which was done so quickly and was rushed that I ended up with a very poorly done nails. The girl who served me was sweet but I was given such a poor service where a few white women were getting more for the same price - they were smiled at and asked for opinions on their nails where everything I asked for was cut short or said, “it’s extra!” I know it’s extra and was willing but the way I was rushed I just let them and decided never to visit again!

This was my first time at this particular salon, they were accommodating of a walk in appt which was great however the quality of the work wasn’t great. Within hours the SNS on 1 nail had cracked, 3 days later another and inside of a week another. The price was more expensive than other salons and the quality just isn’t there - avoid :(

I went into the Salon to get a full set of acrylics. They charged me $90 for nails that were uneven and messy.The therapist that was doing them rushed them and was so rude. She was throwing and pulling my hands around as well as being on her phone. I will never come back to this salon. Was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Terrible services!

Another disappointed customer here. I had SNS nails done and a number of nails cracked and chipped within 24 hours. Unfortunately now my natural nails are damaged and misshapen. This place is incredibly over priced for such poor quality. I was also quoted a card price and a cash price. Of course I had to pay a card fee on top of the card price. Tax evasion much?

80 dollars for very short acrylics, acrylic stuck under my nails and on my hand. Nails are lumpy and the shaping was rushed. I go often and they were still careless, won’t be going back.

Went there for a lash extensions and acrylic set. I asked for classic natural lashes, but got extra long and fake looking lashes which didn’t suit me either. (P.s . I used to get the lashes and it turned out beautiful but this time wasn’t)When she asked if i was happy with the lashes, i said no can you fix it? She did fix my lashes but it didn’t even take her 5 mins to do both of my eyes. She ripped off the lashes from my eyes which made my eyes go red for couple of hours plus the glue got inside my eyes.Also for the nails i paid $25 extra to get french tips with different colours but ended up getting french tips with the same colour she did my polish and they didn’t even trim the cuticles or removed the gel powder from underneath my finger.I used to go there a lot but the way i was served and rushed that day, helps to a decision of never wanting to go back.

They rushed my entire set and it was my wedding nails. I also did tell the lady that it is my wedding nails, but she just wanted to get it finished so she could go and attended new client in other table. Not recommended at all!!

Got my acrylics removed today - instead of soaking them off, they were ripped off (which i could’ve done myself but wanted to take care of my nails). It really hurt and the nail person was quite disrespectful and rude. They talk badly about their customers in front of you. Couldn’t recommend going here at all. $25 to get my nails ripped off, do better.

Had such a poor experience here, which was very disappointing. I usually do my own nails, however, because I was out of town and thought it would be fun to get my nails done with a friend, we ended up here. Firstly, when asked for what shape I wanted, I said square with rounded edges, which she took as round. She knicked my fingers which bled and were sore for the next few days. The colour I chose was basically run out so it came out very light and faded. I asked if there was another bottle of the same colour as she was scraping the bottom of the bottle for any polish, her and another team member said no and asked if I could pick another colour that was lighter or darker. I went with darker. Then the technician just went over and above with amount of polish used, and my nails became thick on most nails and completely uneven on others. The polish was so thick, that there was extra polish underneath the nail and on my skin. There was shellac nail polish on my skin and when I asked her to take it off, she did and dented my thumb with her hand by accident. When she saw the damaged nail she told me to be more careful when placing my hands into the UV light and when I said that it wasn’t me and it was her, she just repeated the same thing back to me. My nails started chipping two days later and I am so disappointed with them. I will never go back there again.
