I've had these guys out a handful of times now and cannot praise them enough. From blocked pipes to more recently the reno they did in our en suite. Quality work, Quality Business, would recommend.

Alex and his team and Nicole running the back office have provided terrific service over the past 8 or 9 years they have been fixing up my plumbing mishaps. Most memorable was clearing a dead pigeon from a down pipe during a huge rain event. Always friendly, clean, honest and fair pricing. I'd highly recommend them.

We had a broken kitchen mixer and Alex made the effort to squeeze us in to get it fixed straight away. Called with notice to say he was coming was polite and efficient. Nicole in admin was also very friendly and efficient to deal with.

Alex responded to a work order from our Real Estate agency to unblock a drain. Not only did he get the job done, but he was early, he cleaned our our sink after it had muck and grime from being blocked, and he even cleaned under all the cockroach poo under the sink! Absolute legendary service. Would recommend to anyone.

The only way you’d have known they were at our place was the fact that what we engaged them for had been repaired. They returned everything to the way they found it before they began the 2 day job. Lots (I mean lots) of digging, significant amounts drilling (double brick home) and plenty of cementing. They did more than they quoted for and declined to charge more. All that’s great but the quality of the work has been the most impressive aspect of engaging their services. From the quote to completion of the job, it has been a hassle free experience. We even mistakenly misread the quote and that presented no problems. I don’t know whether they were cheap or expensive as I don’t have the knowledge to gauge. I do know we thought they were bloody good value for the money we spent. Hence the gushing review.

Alex did a full roof replacement for us just in time to beat the summer storms. We found him and Nicole to be professional, friendly and helpful at all times. He did a great job and we would highly recommend Sunset Plumbing & Roofing if you have any roofing issues.
