Cake was for a 4 year old birthday party with 45 people attending. Even the kids wouldn't eat this uncooked over rich mud cake". Literally took the whole thing back and owner wouldnt even say sorry. Dont risk it. Rude staff

Debra is an absolute artist! Not only did our cake look incredible for our wedding, but it tasted great as well! Debra did a three tiered autumn cake that look great, everyone was coming up and taking photos. We had three flavours (one per tier!).Debra knows how to make a great cake, especially the quite difficult intricate ones that require a lot of figure moulding. If you are looking to get a cake with this, I would highly recommend her. Her simple cakes are just as beautiful so either way you'll be getting a great cake! We'll be using her again in the future for important events!

I ordered a bubble cup frozen drink and found a acrylic finger nail in my drink. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting.

Wooden Spoon Cakes
I have ordered multiple cakes from Wooden Spoon Cafe over the past 18 months and each time they have exceeded all expectations. Each time the cake has looked great and tasted amazing. The texture and flavours have been extraordinary. Much more affordable than other cake shops in Melton. A huge 10/10. Highly recommended!

Wooden Spoon Cakes
Stopped for coffee, the shop just inside just didn't feel inviting, not sure about ordering bacon and eggs at a cake shop? The staff sounded like they new their coffee, but the result was the weakest coffee I've had in some time. Can't say I'll be back, but I'm sure they do have some dedicated clientele. Hopefully they can improve.

Wooden Spoon Bakery/Pastry Chefs are a family run buisness that are very particular when it comes to food.They bake all pastries on site and source local produce.Any Cakes for special occasions or even sandwiches for a function nothing is out of the question.Excellent service and the breakfast and coffee are without doubt the best in Melton.This is a real Diner very good food at good prices.Sincerely.

This a great place for Coeliacs! So much choice from savory to sweet they have a huge selection. The lasagne is most especially beautiful! Their coffee is also of a very good standard. Also friendly service with a smile! I recommend Wooden Spoon Cakes for everyone, not just coeliacs because they have normal food too! Enjoy!
