Purchase March 2022: Carpet laid, no issues. The layer was poor on communication. I advised on purchase I wanted a leftover piece of carpet bound as a mat.The layer threw all the leftovers on his truck, I never got a mat. I was told I could have a choice of colour for the metal strip, I wanted black, silver was used. Layer eventually came back to replace it with a black strip but used silver nails, the layer said he would come back with the black nails. The nails have never been changed despite me revisiting the store to discuss the mat and nails.

Two stars for the end result, carpet looks good. Zero stars for the customer service and communication. Put simply, they lie to suit the current conversation. Wouldn’t trust this company.

Leigh and Lauren are friendly, helpful and know what they're talking about. Very easy to deal with (if you can make it before they close on Saturdays at midday).

Today the 29th April 2020 the crew from Carpet Choice Lilydale came to my home and fixed a few minor tweaks with my flooring. Chris and Neil were so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure l was happy,and because l live on my own they once again moved all my furniture and put everything back In it's place. I always recommend Choice Flooring Lilydale to all my family and friends for all of the flooring needs. Thankyou again Chris and Neil.

Could not recommend these guys enough, from the initial quote from Lauren, organising dates around painters with Felicity to Lochie the installer.Everything went smooth and the after sales service exceeded my expectations.We based our initial choice of company’s to quote based on google reviews and wanted to help anyone looking for carpet or flooring to know that we would not hesitate to use choices Lilydale next time we need flooring.Thanks again for your fantastic service.

Called the store with 30 minutes heads up before my arrival.Spoke with Chris, who was great. Told Chris what we needed, Chris sort everything I needed before I arrived.When I arrived with my 2 children, he was great to help me with my needs and also happy to banter with my kids.THANKS Chris for the great service and sense of humour.

Kyle and his team provided excellent service and price for my parents house, it was a very big job of an entire house and everything that was promised was delivered and their carpet layer Ryden was respectful of my parents and their house.He worked extremely hard and presented a top quality job at the end. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking to get their carpet/flooring done.
