Bad experience, receptionist couldn't direct my call as she didn't know who's in charge of freight. - no experience, no training, basically no idea. Not recommended.

This is right up there at the Top, of Customer Service Companies I have ever come across.Don't even look for another company - this is the One you want to deal with. !!!They went out of their way to help me find a colour I had seen on a bedhead. And sent me many samples.I found the colour and I passed it on to someone who was going to do my Bedhead.They did not do my Bedhead and threw away my sample.When I contacted Warwick's again to try to find the same colour.... They have gone out of their way to find it again for me.It is only a small order - enough fabric for one bedhead, yet they have treated me so beautifully, so helpful beyond what many companies would do, who had already gone out of their way once.I suffer chronic pain, and sometimes I do misplace things, I am used to Companies having absolutely no Customer Service after their initial help.I wrote to Warwick's and thanked them so much.Straight after that phone call, I rang a company I had to cancel an appointment for, and was treated so rudely and told to find someone else..... from one excellent extreme to another.Every person I had contact with at Warwick's were wonderful.You could not find a better company.

Where to start, showroom is amazing, beautiful, so relaxing. Products are high quality. Went in there to view some samples, and select fabric, and stuff was welcoming. Special thanks to Kaylene who replies to my emails so promptly and accurately.

I needed to select some fabric for some upholstery work and the staff were so helpful. I was given some swatches to see how the colour would look like in my home which helped the decision-making process. An amazing range of fabrics!!!
