Bad experience with Huglo Solar, wasted 4 weeks dealing with them, installer forgot to do site visit, made mistakes with the solar application with Essential Energy and were not honest about it, then when I complained they cancelled the install saying I was too difficult to deal with.

Huglo made the choice of solar product installation easy. They are knowledgeable about the available products and will help you get the right thing for your home, based on your energy usage and what you want from the product.

After doing extensive research, red hundreds reviews, listen to a lot of sales reps, I have bought solar from Huglo that was also recommended by good family friends (they had their solar done a month earlier).I am really happy with my choice and the entire process - from informing what is available on the market and the different options for panels and inverters - to installation. A to Z Huglo proved to be professional, passionate, efficient and precise. Even with few challenges (my roof has unusual terracotta tiles) they have proved they are committed to get the job done assisting and helping beyond their obligations (I am really grateful that Huglo has taken on board and solved my roof issues). They really took care of our installation. They have good and tested products and now I had the solar generating energy flawlessly since the first of November 2022 and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of overall efficiency, and I also love the App that monitors the system.I think it is important to disclose that from query to quote to installation everything was quick, clear, and clean. The installation Team was well organized, friendly, polite, informative, and left the site clean. All wiring, connections, boxes have been placed nicely and in a clean way and all looks very neat.They also followed us up to make sure everything was good.For the price I consider Huglo Solar to be really good value for money and I am happy with my choice.Thanks Huglo’s Team!Massimo

Huglo was extremely knowledgeable on the various solar system products and took the time to discuss any queries and concerns I had. They were able to match a system that suited our needs and budget and the whole process was quick, easy and hassle free.

I think theHuglo comparison service is a good idea, but the estimate it arrived at for our solar feed-in was about 3 times reality, which made it hard to compare providers. I ended up writing my own spreadsheet to do the comparison, rather defeating the purpose of using this site.The site asked for our actual feed-in from a previous bill, and also asked about how much solar we had, angle of panels etc. It appeared to completely ignore the actual bill (changing this made no difference to the result) and based the FIT on a wildly optimistic appraisal of our solar system.

Very happy with our Huglo experience. From the start of the Sales process to installation and answering follow up questions. Special call out to their installers. They got the job done in less than a day, cleaned up and everything works as it should. Great overall customer experience.
