Here on vacation from the US and had an issue with a tooth. Called and they were able to work me in the same afternoon. Dr Jack and his assistant Emenie were fantastic and they were able to resolve the issue with my tooth and I was on my way in an hour. Their friendliness and expertise was outstanding. I’d recommend these folks to anyone.Thanks very much for the assistance y’all were GREAT!!!

Dr Prashant and his team are so professional, so gentle and so caring. Dr Prashant listens to everything that you have to say, his work is the best. Absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Smilemakers to anyone needing dental assistance. The whole team were so friendly and helpful and fitted me in as an emergency with a cracked tooth whilst on holidays. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a dentist and would go back again in a heartbeat.

I used to be a nervous patient but Dr Prashant completely puts me at ease, recently performing extractions and fillings with little to no pain or discomfort.All the staff are friendly, welcoming and understanding. Highly reccommended for even the most complicated of dentistry needs.

Dr Prashant is the most professional dentist I've ever seen, especially great with gentle and pricise aenastetics and the best at making my excrations as painless as possible. The clinic is clean and comfortable, theres even a tv to watch above you during treatment to help take your mind off things. Most highly recommended in whitsunday and perhaps anywhere.

Smile makers are amazing! From start to finish fabulous customer service from a great welcoming receptionist to an amazing dentist! Dr Pashant was very warming and great at making you feel at ease. I have never had such a nice experience at a dentist. Would highly recommend if you need an appointment! I won't go anywhere els now. Amazing staff and amazing service :)

I needed to see a dentist at short notice and not only were Smile Makers accommodating but even rang me later when a cancelation happened to get me in earlier.Dental experience was one of the best I’ve had, and received a call the next day to check on me due to the nature of the work.

How ironic with their name “Smile Makers”Dr Fraser did an outstanding job on my crown with great attention to detail, completing my smile that I had been um-ing & arr-ing about for 15 years! (after rocking a hideous temporary cap )I am SO unbelievably happy, I wouldn’t go to any other dentist.Dr Fraser & the team are always accommodating with professional, friendly service.Thankyou thankyou thankyou!!I can’t stop smiling :):)

Whilst on holiday on Hamilton Island, I broke a tooth. I called Smilemakers, who are on the Mainland and I was booked in for 2 days later. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and only waited 10 minutes before being seen. The dentist, Jacques, was fantastic. He made me feel at ease immediately and talked me through the whole process. I am very happy with the repair to my broken tooth and can recommend Smilemakers very highly.

Dr Fraser is professional and really kind, however I don’t know if I should trust them again.We agreed to split the root canal treatment into 3 stages, so I could start the treatment with the most economic stage (1st one) and then save for the last 2 (most expensive ones), because my insurance doesn’t cover it.The first one was supposed to be 200 AUD. I came one day before the appointment, to check if the price was correct and they said between 200 and 300 AUD. I accepted it.The day of the treatment, after getting out and still under the effects of anesthesia, I proceed to pay at reception and suddenly it was 410 AUD.Maybe for some people it’s not much difference, but I think it’s Important comply with your words. Now I’m in the middle of the treatment with a aching tooth and unsure to go back or look for another dentist because that attitude make me not trust them. I felt manipulated when I was totally vulnerable.
