B/spoke Barbershop

Very bad service, not sure what exactly is bSpoke about them .I was about to start for an important meeting and stepped for a cut . There was a kid who was with scissors .I was reluctant but gave benefit of doubt . Asked for 3 on top and fade 3 to 2 .And guess what he started with 2 on top and there was nothing else left to do but go with 2 ever where . I have to deal with it for yeah quite a bit of time .Initially I just gave 1 start and no description but low see that they replied they have no records.Now it’s evident they are dishonest too . I received a call before there reply date and asked about the review . Not sure how they managed to call me if did not have any records .After seeing the reply in my opinion they are dishonest both online and offline . Will avoid them at any cost .

Absolutely butchered my beard. Didn't follow directions, uneven lines, shaved 80% off more then I asked for, random chunks shaved off in areas leaving holes in my beard. Really angry and disappointed. You shouldn't be allowed to affer a service if you are not trained to deliver said service. Had to come home and spend 15 minutes fixing up such a botched job. Do not recommend!!

Great hospitality and professionalism from all staff. Always book Ian who does a great job making sure my hair’s cut the way I want.

Booked a haircut with today. Think it was with Terry. It was a fade cut which he rushed. He was very rough with the clippers. Actually had to tell him to stop and slow down 3 times as he was trying to cut my head and ears off and not my hair. Was very uncomfortable as he was smashing his clippers on my head. The cut was ok but not the best. Showed photos of previous hair cuts and he kinda got there but not really. Also asked him not to thin my hair out but he did it anyway.

B/Spoke does do skin fades.Barber Terry does a fantastic job and understands how I like my skin fade. Very professional and talented. Price is decent given their location is in chadstone shopping centre.

2nd time here and they always do amazing work. Had Ian today and he worked wonders. Can’t recommend these guys enough
