I cannot speak more highly of the team from CS Concrete Polishing.Dealing with all of the staff within the business has been a real pleasure, from Cass in the office responding to all my emails, to Shane when he came out to quote and Craig and Matt actually doing our job. It's all been such a positive experience.Our job was butchered by a conrceter who claimed that honing was simple & the machine does all work". I have since realised that this could not be further from the truth. The team from CS Concrete Polishing have done a spectacular job even though they inherited someones else's mess.They were honest around what could and could not be rectified. They communicated at every stage to ensure that we were all on the same page.They are absolute professionals and I would not hesitate in recommending them.I would also suggest that if your concreter is telling you that honing/polishing is an easy job that can do for you - DO NOT BELIEVE THEM.Our only regret is not engaging CS Concrete Polishing from the start."
