Went in for a quote for a fix and they sent me away. Too busy or something. They clearly don’t want too much business. They didn’t even look that busy

I would give Belmont Smash Repaired a 7 Star for their service. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. They started repaired my car straight away without any delay and got my car back on time, sparkling and cleaned inside out like new. I'm very impressed and happy. Afew days later i noticed my car parking & break lights not working i rang them about it. Their friendly staff's said to me bring my car in they can check it for me. My car got fixed, lights replaced without charged. I'm so thankful for their help and services. I'm a woman who know nothing about cars. Glad that i found Belmont smash repaired. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Belmont Smash Repairs went above and beyond in everything from repairing my vehicle and taking me into North Hamilton to pick up my hire car from Avis to again meeting me at Avis hire car premises North Hamilton when my vehicle was ready for pick. When my repaired vehicle was presented to me at Avis Hire Car premises North Hamilton, it looked as if it had come off the showroom floor, it was absolutely immaculate inside and outside.... After my car was hit a few months ago my car insurance reccomended I see Belmont Smash Repairs, I dropped my car off for repair on a Monday and was told it was a 7 day job which I was happy with, on the Thursday I recieved a call to say my car was ready!! WOW! I was so surprised and very greatful to have my car back earlier then planned! The car looks fantastic and you wouldn't have known it was damaged! An experience like pulling your own teeth with rusty a rusty shovel. Tried to engage Belmont Smash Repairs for body and paint work but the pure apathy and unprofessionalism was off the charts. They clearly don't want the work and it's been so painful trying to push the process along. I'd given them 8 weeks of slack due to health problems with staff but: After weeks of none returned calls and unanswered comms I went in to see them in person to be greeted with why don't you just take it to a F!@king resto place".I will see you later and good luck with the business."

A huge, huge thank you to Simon and the team at Belmont Smash repairs for recently repairing my fathers car. I was borrowing it as a once off and unfortunately was involved in an accident. We are so pleased with the work that has been completed; the car honestly looked brand new once the boys were done with it! After initially dropping the car off to be repaired, Simon even dropped my father at the cycleway so he could ride his bike home; honestly what a legend!! The team were more than happy to keep us updated with progress of repairs and answer any questions we had. Also thank you to Berniece for always being so lovely whenever we called. Repairer was suggested to me by my insurance company. Work was completed quickly and they did qn amazing job! Cannot fault them :)
