They use mma !! Which is the liquid product for acyclic which is a big no! I’m a qualified nail tech and was easily able to tell by doing a test at home. As well as they removed my nails incorrectly by using another nail to get under the fake nail-and rip it off my natural nail which hurt like hell! New Acrylic was applied incorrectly and not close enough to cuticle area which made it look like I already needed a refill and afterwards my nails just hurt which is not normal. Very unclean as well ! Would not go back! Ladies try at home nail salons they put so much care and love then these cheap nasty salons ! The one star is for how quick they were that’s it!

Terrible!!Don’t waste your money.Customer service was nonexistent.Mani/pedi treatment was $65, which I don’t mind paying for but there was care or pride in the way they performed the treatment.Quick snip and file and it was done.

me and my friend went there to get our toes done, my friend said she wanted the colour black and they sat us both down. not asking what colour i would like and assumed i wanted black aswell. not only did i sit there while they filled up the the bowl to put your feet in for my friend but didn’t feel mine up and told me to put my feet in “the water” when she went to paint my toes i told the lady that i didn’t want black and she walked off and gave time the colours to chose from and walked away. there was also an older lady working there that was continuously humming and singing which was very annoying to have to sit there and listen

Walk in appointment for mani & pedi. Pedi was great, but nails were a bit lacking. While getting pedi done I was asked to twist in awkward direction so tips could be glued on and filed. Once sitting for nails, I asked for acrylic, they were extremely thin and apex was concave. Staff was nice and friendly, however won't be going back.

I went to get my toe and finger nails done at the end of April for my birthday.I have never ever left any review on anything, but I have been injured. My nails are ruined and I am in pain months later. My nails were filed paper thin, then I got home I slipped my shoe off and ripped half the nail off my big toe, now my nails are brittle, catch on everything, which is even affecting work and function at home, today I tried to open my child iPad case and my middle nail has now ripped and is bleeding under the nail bed, I am developing in grown toe nails as the nail is too thin to grow forward. My finger nails have to be cut so short otherwise they rip and tear. :( nothing I can do, just wait for them to grow out. I had a pedicure spa manicure with shallack and was seen by an older lady. This is not good enough.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They did not use even a pumice stone so the skin on my feet looked exactly like they did before. 2 of my nails were cut extra short and the rest were all different lengths. I could have done a better job and saved myself $50.

Sitting here for 45 odd minutis without any service or indication of when I will be provided service. Very unhjenic and ruined my sisters wedding! Very disappointed

Terrible waste of money. And the worst manicure I've gotten. They were really lumpy and she got nail polish everywhere. My fingers have ached ever since getting them, I've taken them off at home and my nails are destroyed. The pain gas improved since taking them off thank god.And to add to terrible quality, there was rude customer service as well. Went with a friend and they refused to do her pedicure right. We were both not impressed with this kind of service and do not understand how you would get away being so rude to the customer.Would not return here for anything, and would not recommend for anyone else.
