We’ve had our rug washed from this company. When we asked if their service was suitable for silk rugs they informed us that it was. The result was horrific. Our $2500 rug became completely ruined with yellow stains all over which showed up a few days after the rug was delivered. They took the rug back for re-wash and it came back worse the second time. If the service wasn’t suitable for silk rugs we should have been told so as we specifically asked if it was suitable. Got in contact with the company to be compensated for the $400 we spent on our dry cleaning service and got NO RESPONSE. We also had to purchase a new rug. Beyond disappointed. We loved our rug so much.
