Always great service and a bargain to be had at the good guys. Did a lot of comparison shopping for kitchen blenders as a gift for someone who cooks a lot and hers finally blew up. Best range and prices kept on being at the good guys! Ended up with a beauty of a kenwood with 1000watt motor and 3 litre capacity bowl so should meet all her needs and then some. Bonus that it comes with a 5 yr warranty and at $170.00 it was a great buy. Definitely recommend the crew at Warrnambool shop too.

An excellent store with helpful staff with great service and bargains

I was in the market for a new vacuum cleaner. The Good Guys were such a big help!! Called them to check if they had the one I wanted in stock and Peter put the last one away for me until I could come get it the next day. He also accommodated for a decent discount. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be a return customer! THANK YOU!

Take my review with a grain of salt and do your own due diligence but the help in store was atrocious. My family came in with the intention of buying a sound bar, not to mention traveling great distances to find it. We went through two sales guys who insisted on reading the descriptions on the website to us, which if we wanted, we could have already done. Our request was to have a play with the remote to the sound bar but was told “it’s just way deep in a box somewhere” but also “wouldn’t recommend adjusting it and keeping it how it is out of the box”. Well that’s not what we asked for, now is it! The sales guy proceeded to get upset with us, and treated us with contempt, like we were being unreasonable. The agitation I feel is being given advice from people who don’t understand sound, who don’t understand people and selling, who aren’t listening to their customers, and more importantly, who aren’t living in my house. The purpose of coming into the shop at all was to HEAR the sound the way we like it, coming out of the sound bar. Otherwise we could have just ordered it online and be done with it. This is the second experience with this sales department who clearly don’t want to be there. It’s actually quite funny now in hindsight that an entire family walked in, who’ve already sold themselves the sound bar, were talked out of the sale by the employee. Coooooooool.

I research most purchases online before deciding to buy & I'll often purchase online too but when I'm buying electrical, I always seem to end up in store & purchasing there. They carry a good range & have competitive pricing, especially during sales events. The service is great. I like the little things like them wheeling your purchase out to the car if it's a awkward or heavy item. They know their product & offer great advice but they will also leave you to stroll around if you just want to check things out.... and like most places these days, they are quite happy to price match if you show them you can purchase cheaper elsewhere.These really are the good guys..... (& girls).

With my phone dieing on Friday night. A call to the shop got of talking with Sam, she was lovely and very helpful with discussing new phone options.Upon getting to the store I then got Nigel who was just as helpful and informative about the different models and accessories.I huge thank you to both for making my phone purchase experience so much easier. I greatly appreciate it
