Pre-ordered for pickup a 4000kg-rated hydraulic jack. When we picked it up I noticed the security seal was not on the box, plus I then realized the box said 6000 kg but it contained a 4000 kg jack. Also, the jack seemed not to work. Going back into the store, the guys confirmed the jack did not work, and since there was no other 4000 kg jack in stock, they gave me a 6000 kg one at no added cost. All in all, a bad experience quickly turned into a good one by thoughtful staff. Thanks, guys.

Went To Autobarn Today To Buy Seat Covers. Got A Good Waterproof Seat Covers For Both Front Seats Only. Very Good Customer Service. Came Home and Fitted The Seat Covers Along With Headrest Covers. Very Straightforward To Install. Cost Was About $76.00 I Needed The Seat Covers To Protect The Seats From Future Damage and Stains.

Great customer service from Steve. I had a problem with car stereo and took to their Palmerston store. They misdiagnosed problem (without coming out to the car) and quick to sell me new head unit which didn't solve the problem. (three trips in and still no solution was getting very frustrating) I asked about Autobarn Coconut Grove and they said they wouldnt be able to help with stereo problems. Couldnt be further from the truth. Steve came out to the car and tested the speakers , brought a different speaker out to confirm the diagnosis. Steve suggested the best speakers for our Corolla due to the spacers required and now the car stereo is awesome. Will be driving straight past the Palmerston store and heading to Coconut Grove in the future. Its the same old story. If you get good service and product you will go back every time.

Luke & the manager David were really helpful and professional in helping me to get the right rhino roof rack for my vehicle plus I live remote so they offered to drop it at the barge for me. The place was recommended to me and they had all the parts in stock whereby other places were devoid of the necessary stock. I understand though times are tough with COVID and supplies. Never again. We purchased a pair of seat covers through Zip pay. After two confirmation emails and a couple of hours we decide to go and see if we can pick them up. At first we are told that there is no order in any of our names. After more searching they manage to find our order...for roof rack equipment, which we certainly didn't order. After showing the guy our confirmation email showing the seat covers we ordered, he goes searching again. He finally returns and starts telling us that my wife already picked them up. I ring my wife at work and put her on speakerphone. She correctly informs this guy that she has been at work all day and has not picked anything up. I ask if he checked the identity of the woman that picked up our merchandise. He did not. The customer would have surely brought back seat covers if they didn't order them and collected the wrong merchandise, one would think. He then tells us that the rogue customer has taken the last of those particular seat covers and he will collect a pair from their other store and I can pick them up the next morning after he calls us. A few hours go by and the mongrel has refunded the Zip money and just cancelled the order outright. Real bloody professional. A completely apathetic attitude from beginning to end. I went to SCA. Got my stuff with no problem within 45 minutes. NEVER...EVER...AGAIN!!!

Best place to go for anything to do with Cars. Very friendly Staff there. If you need some help go ask in the back where the Garage is. This bloke knows he's stuff.
