We engaged Daniel to design the renovation of our Newcastle terrace. Daniel was engaged to develop the design from concept to tender and was extremely accommodating with his time and commitment over a 2 year period to work through a number of design changes (indecisive Client!), design detailing challenges (associated with a 4m wide terrace) and budget constraints. He was considerate and accommodating of project delays attributed to Covid but also eager and able to assist with accelerating the design to achieve government building grant approvals.Daniel was great to bounce ideas off and explore the pros and cons to assist in the decision making process.We would not hesitate in using Daniel again for another renovation or recommending him to others.

I commissioned Studio Leith Architects to design the full renovations for a large Central Coast house. Daniel has been a great partner in the project, helping not just with the design, internal layout, material choice, colours etc; but also as a guide through the complex approval requirements. This enabled all parties to have detailed drawings and work cohesively together. Studio Lieth are a very professional design team. The designs they produce are high quality, and the spaces flawless, with well thought out material and colour selections. Daniel is a great guy and very easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough!
