I used Service Heroes for some electrical work and expected the cost to be pretty high given I was aiming for an immediate booking. To my delight, the cost was extremely reasonable, excellent comms and the service was outstanding (Michael). The tradies were professional as well as punctual! Office staff were also wonderful. I have since used Service Heroes for plumbing and a/c installation as well and not been disappointed. This team is definitely my go-to from now on. Really happy I found them!

Would highly recommend. Requested a quote online Friday for electrical work and had someone at mine by Monday to provide a quote. Brian was great - awesome communication, talked me through the quote and showed me what he was doing. He was able to complete most of the work on the day, and then returned the following morning with parts to complete the rest. Really happy with the results. Thanks Brian!

I regularly use Service Heroes for my plumbing and electrical needs. This time was for replacing two vanity units and taps in an investment property. Kosta was fantastic - prompt and polite, fastidious in his execution of the job, and had great attention to detail. The old units and rubbish were taken away from site and both new vanity areas left sparkling. It was a delight to meet him and I am extremely happy with the work he did for me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and his work. He will go far.

Michaels service was great and explained the required services on the quote well. Quick and easy. I got Google Nest smoke alarms I stalled and Ring camera floodlights which work great. Good communication and on the day quote and service. Professional and safe and cleaned up after the job. Used an electrical certificate with an inspector for the Switchboard and payment was easy. Would highly recommend for the Patterson Lakes area. Would use again.
