Our favourite pub in FNQ.Friendly welcoming service, frosty cold beer, good selection of wines and spirits and an extensive menu.Meals are always generous and delicious with prompt service even when it is busy.Great views of the country from a huge verandah and a peaceful location on a back road, but well worth finding.Best of all, it is the most dog friendly pub in Australia!

Staff and service- 5 star. Very friendly and offered suggestions for food that had run out (due to very busy night). Bar and wait staff could not be faulted.Unfortunately, the meal was the let down. I ordered a Chicken Parmi (which I always order when I eat out). $28+$4 sauce was $32. That is more on the expensive side when ordering Parmi’s. However, when it arrived I was utterly surprised there was no meat on it. After inspecting the menu, it was an additional $5 for ham or bacon. Which, would have taken my order to $37. For a very average sized parmi, that is ridiculous. The chicken was fresh, but the rest was average at best! My local’s parmi is $17- double the size and includes sauce. The rest of the meals that came out were very average too.Will likely come back for a beer, but choose elsewhere to eat.

Honestly if your on the tablelands 1 stop you have to make is the Peeramon. Haven't been in a few years bit the renovations are fantastic

Live in the tablelands my whole life and never tasted a better mushroom gravy or the crumbed lamb cutlets!Was absolutely spot on.Take it from a local, they are great!
