David is an extremely professional instructor with a great teaching skills. I was lucky enough to have his guidance before my driving test. I highly recommend Start-Smart for anyone trying to learn manual or automatic.

I had an experience with all 3 driving instructors presently, David, Michelle and Erin. David I believe has moved on to QLD but was in Geelong for the majority of the time I was learning. Every instructor was helpful and insightful and today I have received my P license.

David was my sons choice for lessons, and David went above and beyond to fit in a lesson just prior to his test. My son passed first go. Very happy with David's instructing style, even teaching my son about his own car. Thanks David!

I booked my test with David seeing all the good reviews. But as David does not take any more classes or tests so currently I think Erika is in charge. I found her very much unprofessional as she never discussed or consulted with me before changing my booked classes.I was forced to take one of my classes with another car which I did not even book.Moreover, I was told just two week prior to my exam date that I have to take my pre-driving test with a different instructor and car. I tried to contact with Erica but couldn't get hold of her so I was bound to contact David and later he solved the issue (which again was changed after few days!).It was an extreme harassment and I was in total mental pressure before my test. It is such a shame! I don't know where I can go and complain!I will never recommend them to anyone ever!

David is extremely professional, has amazing teaching abilities and is very experienced. I do not think I would have felt as confident for my drivers test if it wasn't with him. I highly recommend him to any one who is going for their licence

David is a very patient driving instructor, he's amazing at calming your nerves during lessons and is very thorough with his instructions. I highly recommend Start-Smart driving school to anyone wanting to pass their driving test, I was extremely nervous but because of the lessons I took I prepared and passed my test.
