CGU Workers Compensation

By far the worst customer service i have experienced with an insurance company. Putting me on hold for hours and hours transferring me to all different departments. When i was firm with one of the ladies within 5 minutes my issue was resolved.

Worst Customer Service Ever ! We have being waiting for a claim now more than one month. Does not reply to emails or does not reply properly to calls. Not Recommended at all!!!!

CGU do not care about people. Their job is to cause you stress. All you are to them is a number and I recommend they get shut down.

No way to go with them, the most trouble experience. DO NOT GO CLOSE TO THEM.

Good insurance

I have home content insurance and car insurance with CGU. (not for much longer though after 17 years with them and 1 claim ever) My house was broken into and the crooks stole my car keys and other itmes. CGU will NOT cover replacing my car locks being re-coded and new locks without paying for the excess fees for both policies. AND, they will not pay out for the other items unless I can prove ownership of them. Bad customer service . Ian Kerin
