Thanks for the fabulous warm sour sour loaf. …and the delicious Anzac slice it was gorgeous with our coffee later in the day…we enjoyed the bread with cheese …wine…and then next morning toast.. we’ll stop another time for some more delicious treats out of the fridge…have a fabulous New Year ..the Taylor travellers

suuuuuuch beautiful loaves. melts in your mouth. what a cute little experience! we waited for a while for the next batch to come out. there was a queue of probably 10 people waiting and boy was it worth it. there’s a phone number on the inside you can text to see when the next batch is coming or let them know you’re waiting.

9am is the key time apparently. When the owner aims to try and restock by.Nice raisin loaf, kids and me wolfing it down. Will have to return tomorrow to get some re supplies it seems. Hopefully some more. cookies will be available then as well$7.50 for a loaf, $2.50 for double cookie.

Delicious sourdough bread ($7.50) and Anzac cookie ($2.50) being sold in such a creative manner. I really hope people do transfer or give cash to the hardworking Bruny baker because it relies on the trust system and I saw a number of people just taking the bread without paying attention to the sign of how to pay.

Such a unique setup which thrives off the honesty of its customers. There were options of sourdough, sultana loaf and Anzac cookies when we visited with still plenty left in the fridge (seeing as it was only 10am when we visited). Scored myself a sourdough loaf and some Anzac cookies. They were both delicious and sustained us throughout the trip throughout Bruny Island. Definitely a must visit location. Please make sure to pay when you take a loaf!
