Gumnut Park Playground

Amazing playground. Never seen anything like it! The climbing area is like hot air balloons rising up. Lots of other interesting and fun areas too like sand pit. Very original and different playground. Nice cafe nearby too so can watch the kids and have a coffee at the same time. Highly recommend a visit!

The bbqs were pretty filthy, but luckily we bought our own cleaner. the play area was perfect, the kids had a ball.If you are planning on using the bbqs, they need scrubbing first. Pic is of one of the cleaner bbqs

It's one of the best, however, you have to put in your mind that public toilet close at 3 PM with the coffee shop.

Exciting place for kids, although a bit crowded and some visitors leaving garbage behind!Where is it:Located within the newly developed Olivine Estate by Mirvac, this place is accessible by both public transport (V-line) and by car. There's ample parking along the adjoining road and within the park.What does the park have:Two really good high-rise slides are the main attraction of this park along with the skate park, Rope slide, Trampolines, Swings and a sheltered Barbecue area.The park is new and equipped with exciting play stuff for kids.Unfortunately some visitors are leaving behind their waste, broken glass and plastic bags quickly making this beautiful place a mess. I could notice Mirvac or the park maintenance team is doing a great job in keeping the reserve clean, as the debris seemed recent leftover in my visits but nevertheless the reserve seems a popular destination to some visitors lacking in civic sense and neighbourly spirit to keep the park clean.Be careful with the broken glasses within the reserve and if you happened to visit on a day after the reserve was cleaned it is a great place for the kids.

Covered seating. Bbq. Water fountain. Small trampolines built in floor. Zip line. Giant slide. Enjoyable time for kids. New place.

One of the best park for kids. Very well organised. Kids will love it. There is a little cafe as well. You can enjoy your coffee while kids enjoy the park.

Truly diverse large scale activities park. From traditional climbing to huge (30-50 ft) climbing and crossing structures, flying Fox, local animal sculptures a true fun gem for children from 6-16 years old. See some sample photos I’ve posted.
