The young ladie should have more pation and get well trained before work in a customer service department. If she would like to be treated as a princess, she better stay at home. The store manager should consider why almost customer complain about this ladie not others, and take customer's advice ASAP.

Very bad serviceI went there to get phone on plan but she get me new sim under my name without telling me that I can’t get phone and then later on she said that she can’t cancel my sim i told her I don’t want sim if I can’t get phone.she didn’t even explain me I can’t get phone but she try to sell her sim . Horrible expe With vodafone never gonna use vodafone

One of the best services I've had by far from Vodafone employees! The staff at this store went above and beyond for me, assisting me as much as they can from helping me to apply and set up my new phone to trading in my old one. Everything was explained in great detail and will gladly do business with this store again. Thank you to the ladies who were in store to help me yesterday setting up my new Samsung S20 Ultra.
