Sorry - but I have to rate a 1 star. Worst software development experience ever. Incredible slow response, silly high prices, no real understanding of our business or needs. Staff changes like a revolving door. No internal communication. Seemingly little grasp of the system. We did big dough here for very little return. Sorry guys but you really need to up your game. I would not recommend anyone - don't be fooled by the gold rating.

Not sure what Jimmo T’s problem is (or was!). We’ve been dealing with Willow IT for nearly two decades now, and continue to do so in the newly evolved WilldooIt – I have no tolerance for crap service, so that time frame should say it all!I highly recommend Jon and his team, particularly if you need IT gurus that will go the extra mile to keep your business running without delays.

We've been an Odoo customer since 2014. Customer service doesn't get much better than this. The team at WilldooIT are customer focused and the experience is very good. They appear to have a well rounded IT team which is great when you can talk to someone who is an expert and able to help solve problems or recommend solutions. I highly recommend them.
