Australia Post - Arncliffe LPO

Those reviews towards the *Fake Eyelash Lady* is so intentional. I've been to Arncliffe LPO so many times and I always saw her serving with friendliness and smile. I have been served several times by her too and she was efficient and knew what she was doing.Look, if you don't have tracking number, then please go find out from the sender and come back. No one has time to check in the pile looking for your name.And they do call you back if they couldn't find your parcel couldn't be found at the time. Happened to me twice.Those complaining about opening hours, use parcel lockers and other methods if you don't want to go to Post Office. Authorise someone else to collect on your behalf etc. There are so many alternatives.It's always 9-5 M to F and 9-12 S as opening hours. If you still show up just 5 mins before closing time or can only go on Sat morning, it's your problem if you can't manage earlier. Clearly you have more important things to do before you have to make it right before it closes.Respect and Courtesy are both ways. If you don't give kindness, don't expect it back for free.

Aupost really need to consider their opening and closing hour. 9-5 is exactly working time for everyone. In the morning at 9am people line up til outside, same thing happen before 5pm. The staff with false eyelashes doesn’t even care enough to look for my items because I didn’t receive any tracking number and ask me to see another staff if I still want a help. I don’t even have time to line up again. RUDE and not helpful

Say what you want about Australia Post, most of it is true, this post office on the other hand is always so helpful, goes that extra step and despite the exhausting work load and endless queue of already grumpy customers, in most instances, greets you with a great attitude.

This is my local LPO for 3,5years now and it's been already three times they have ruined very special & sentimental sendings including from overseas. You can tell me as many times you want about my approach but even most flexible patience has its limits. The girl with false eyelashes & huge blue nails is indifferent enough every time instead of making difference.I'm frequent visitor there so I'm sure they learned my face.Two years ago they kept for about 1.5m the parcel from overseas without letting me know it is sitting there for me and just sent it back despite regularly spotting me for all other parcels at least once a week. The overseas parcels are not tracked and I never received a letter in my mailbox about it waiting for me. The parcel was from my mum living in Latvia. It took around 8m ir so for the parcel to return to Latvia . On the top of that my mum was forced to cover additional tax expenses upon receiving the parcel back.The next thing happened in December'22 . The girl with false eyelashes and huge nails accepted the parcel with address in Merrylands 2160. Instead, she has used incorrect post code in the system and the parcel with very special meaning and idea to arrive prior NY Eve ended up in traveling through Victoria before it finally returned to Sydney in the mid of January'23. This parcel was meant to deliver a special & surprise greetings to all members of my friend's household. The girl with false eyelashes & nails told me it was my fault providing a wrong post code. The parcel has finally arrived to my friend and it was all good from my end. The address & the post code were correctly written with my hand on the box.And now, it is about our baby girl 1st birthday. My partner (we are family & live the same address) has ordered for our daughter a special present for her 1st birthday. Australia Post has sent us notification it is awaiting collection in Arncliffe LPO. I was there the next day but they could not find it confirming the system says it is with them. Gentleman at the counter took our phone numbers to give us a call as soon as they locate the parcel. There was no one to give us call,of course. I was there again on the next day. The girl with false eyelashes & nails indifferently stated it's been collected and continued doing something else. Once I said this is not truth ,we never received it she went: The driver told me he has delivered the parcel to the lady with the stroller which

Huge line 10 minutes before closing time. Might be time for AusPost to consider more reasonable opening hours?2 stars to auspost management and not the staff. Staff were nice enough to let us all in and work back after 5.

I've waited for a package for more than one month. The item was delivered on tracking history but I didn't receive it and the delivery driver didn't leave any notification. Now my item is missing. They didn't deliver the items just left the package at the post office and after 5 days to send back to the seller and have to order again…What is this circle!?

Weird. Their post workers require personal presence when delivering packages to apartment buildings in the area, even for those sent without signature confirmation and with authority to leave. Most packages end up at this post office as a result, which, as you can probably guess, doesn't exactly have the most convenient hours of operation either.This setup makes no sense to me whatsoever. It's as if it's deliberately designed to make people's lives harder, for no reason.

A bit shocked at the number of scathing reviews.. in the last 3 years I've been going here the staff have been nothing but helpful. Yes, sometimes you have to wait, but I have never been met with rudeness while they work a clearly understaffed LPO. We have issues where our delivery slips often dont get delivered but even so the staff have always searched in the back for me even when I don't have a tracking number.Lots of people complaining about Fake Eyelash Lady" that I can't help but feel its unjustified and maybe casting some unfair judgement. At least in my experience we have always had good interactions and she is always willing to have a laugh.I think its clear this staff are under the pump

The old Indian lady who served me this morning is extremely rude. I am not even asking a good customer service. Just at least show some respect. Ruin other people’s day makes you feel good? If you don’t like your job then go find another plz. Miserable.
