Not good as expected and beware of buying a membership or any challenge package. Some condition is hidden, they make easy payment (i did it online) but once your payment has been done, they will call you for telling more condition, if you’re not ok with that they wont refund and yes my money gone for nothing. Ive been in so many f45 in other country. This place is the worst

Good facilities, but some of the trainers have no clue.One French lady was just odd: couldn’t do the demos (barely able to do a push up), ignored most members and only spoke to a small group of people, weirdly asking them to watch her do a spin whilst they were doing their workout, stepped on my slides whilst I had my hand on it, almost stepping on my fingers and didn’t apologise. Just an array of wtfs.

F45 has withdrawn my money even though I cancelled my memebership earlier. This is a complete SCAM, please refund my money. You guys have withdraw twice already which is sum of $256. Monett is not replying my email after promising me a refund. I have not got my money back and cannot get in touch with the consultant name Monett for more than a month now.
