Awesome free pool, clean and quiet. Great shade sails for midday swimming. The kids loved it, and had a accessibility ramp into pool.

I liked the pool, tables & shade; lovely. Only one thing lets it down; the need for a plumber to unblock the drain in the ladies. The very questionable water blocks both entrances to the ladies & I very much doubt any women are willing to use the shower at all. It probably doesn't help that young lads bombing in the pool causes that section to flood. Kids will be Kids so probably extra drainage needed there.

Georgetown Swimming Pool
A free public pool that we could access with a token given to us by our accommodation at the nearby caravan park. Very clean and refreshing, a great touch to a cute little town.

Free with token. The door is dodgy and we had to get a second token but it was a lovely respite from the heat.

What a great idea of the free pool and facilities in town. Unfortunately it was all ruined by one of the locals as the old lady" very rudely questioned why are we in here it is for town use only... Then promptly proceeded to call us freeloaders after I dared to ask her whether there are power points to charge a phone.Some people can be so small minded it hurts."

Great swimming pool no lifeguards you get a token to get in from the info centre or caravan park and sign a disclaimer. Noe pool and so clean and refreshing.

Clean, was quiet when I was there. Easily accessible. Cool and refreshing at the end of a hot day.
