I-MED Radiology, Maryborough

Staff were rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Very disorganised and inefficient.They wouldn’t listen to what we were saying and there was a lack of communication from their specialists to our doctor.They said they would call me back and failed to do so, it took over 2 weeks to get anything sorted out, the whole time I suffered much pain and discomfort.

Usually wonderful. Great caring staff. NOT NOW!!!!!Now no longer bulk billing???????This is terrible for low income earners who are self employed and earning under $40,000 a year and require knee replacements. What is happening to our once caring I Med? Medibank have said that X Ray are still bulk billed that is not what you told me?Have some compassion for low income earners please. You stated their was no complaint when paying but he was furious and took it out on me when he got home.He did not have that budgeted fo,r as it was free the last few times.You said you would ring me back or ring him personally while at work. BUT NO PHONE CALL. You could not even do that simple task. No patient care at all!!!!!

Short staffed all round. One person doing all CT scans and x-rays, so walk INS had to walk out. Waited for 13 minutes on the phone waiting for them to answer. Never did.Only xray facility in Maryborough l
