Went to this place a few weeks ago. I don't know how this place stays in business. The service (if you can call it that) is a joke and lacks any resemblance of customer care. Was quoted a certain price first as well as a being told it would be ready within an hour. When I went to pick it up, I was told to come back 4 hours after the original time quoted, without even an excuse as to the holdup. Came back at the new arranged time, and it still wasn't ready. They couldn't even bother to give me a call to let me know it wasn't ready for a second time (they had my details). Once I picked it up, the job looked like a slap bang rush job. Went to pay for it, and they tried to charge me more than what was quoted, let alone the debacle with the 4hour late delay. Not even an apology in sight. Will not be going back to this place. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Great service and reasonably priced. Fixed my spark plug issues and now my mower starts first go. Very happy.

Very unprofessional, my husband went in today and asked for a price for wiper sniper cords and he heard the guy in the back say “just tell him $200” .The lady then looked on the computer and found a price for $75. Still a rip off as the bundle of wiper snippet cords are $50 everywhere else.Will never go back.

4 times I've now taken my mower to you. FULL service. Then back for a pull start after using it 3 times. Using it for the 2nd time now. Same problem. Could you please recommend a REPUTABLE mower repairer? I could've bought a brand new one with the money I've spent with you thus far. Appreciated.

Worst customer experience ever. Dropped my mower in for a standard service. It took them 6 weeks to complete the service. I called after 4 weeks and was assured it would be completed that week. Then three more calls over the following two weeks before the job was actually done. Price was not as quoted and paid almost double the quoted price. Very unprofessional attitude.Do yourself a favor and take your business to reliable and professional workshop.

They're okay. I never send any mowers in for service as I'm told the service wait is always 3 weeks, when it's really a one hour's backyard job. In spare parts they charge over the roof compared to village mowers and prices you'd find on eBay. It's good if it's urgent but order from china, and wait a month if you wanna save a bit.Maybe because they aren't a large distributor, so smaller quantities ordered means higher pricing, I have no idea. No bad experience from these folk, customer service is a bit negligible but nothing to hate on.
